apartamento muy próximo a Valencia

Like the location

Pros: A quiet, conveniently located apartment with easy street parking. Well equipped and featuring a comfortable bed.

Cons: It was somewhat chilly despite the extra heater. The A/C heating seems to need improvement. A thorough cleaning of the flat is recommended.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, and the check-in process was very easy. The location is well connected to the city and parking was available right in front of the building.

Cons: The amenities provided (like toilet paper, dish towels, and bath towels) were not quite enough for the number of nights we stayed.

a perfect home for visiting the university

Pros: the position was perfect for a visit to the university. Nevertheless, the metro stop is just nearby and you can arrive directly in valencia city center in about 30 minutes. the kitchen was basic but effective.

Cons: i would have appreciated a larger towel and some more tablecloth, napkins and cloths for the kitchen.

Very good

Pros: Location is good, clean appartments, very friendly hosts, very nice to stay in a couple of days.

Cons: lack of private parking

Enjoyed staying here. Not very close to downtown Valencia but worked out just fine.

Pros: Loved the place. Kitchen. one big bedroom, one little area for a 2nd bedroom.

Cons: Internet connection not very good.

Pros: Apartment is very good and has all the amenities for stay. Also, free parking is available in the front or close to the apartment. Roman is a very good guy, he tries to really help and support if there is any problem. Has modern electronics in the apartment.

Pros: Ubicación. Facilidad de aparcamiento. Buenas toallas. Buenas almohadas. Bastante menaje de cocina.

Cons: Poca presión de agua caliente. Eso lo tendriais que mirar. Por lo demás bastante bien relacion calidad/precio.

Muy buen alojamiento familiar, calidad - precio.

Pros: Bastante cómodo y limpio, la Atencia genial nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Cons: Mi única recomendación sería la calidad de las almohadas, ya están muy duras y son incómodas, además revisar el aire acondicionado porque tiene un sonido fuerte.

Pros: Todo muy limpio, ordenado y con detalles de los dueños, para repetir.

Apartamento acogedor .

Pros: El apartamento está muy cuidado y limpio . El aire acondicionado fue genial, estuve en una semana de mucha calor y este electrodoméstico fue imprescindible. Buena zona para aparcar, no hubo ningún problema . La cafetera no funcionaba y no había tostadora, por la tarde/noche ya teníamos los dos productos nuevos en casa .

Cons: A lo mejor la zona, las calles estaban poco cuidadas y los edificios eran viejos
