Diciembre en Valencia

Pros: La zona muy tranquila, la casa con muchos detalles, bien cuidado. Fuimos en diciembre pero no pasamos frío pues hay dos bombas de aire frío calor que calientan sin problemas la casa. Estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos de la estancia.

Cons: No sabíamos que eran dos plantas. Pensamos que haríamos el pago a través de Booking. No fue así, pagamos al llegar con tarjeta aunque eso no fue un inconveniente.

Bueno para familias con peques, dueño bastante majo!!!

Pros: Buen apartamento tenia casi de todo y en general bien cuidado Terracita y barbacoa muy chula, nos dejaron la sombrilla

Cons: El wifi tiene poca capacidad, los colchones de las literas duros, el sofá cama bastante incomodo La ducha tenia poca presion

Byt vyhovuje pre krátky pobyt.

Pros: Byt v pohode,vyhovujúci na pobyt na par dni.Doprava do Valencie dobrá len treba nájsť bus 112A a jeho blízke zastávky.

Cons: Plaže nepožičiavaju lehátka ani slnečníky.Ubytovanie malo jeden nefunkčný slnečník a žiadne plážové stoličky.Urcite je nutné poskytnúť hosťom aspoň dve stoličky na pláž.Ani blízky bazén nemá nič na sedenie ani ležanie.Tiež poberať zálohu za mozne poškodenie vecí je nekomfortne,nám tie peniaze prišiel ubytovateľ vrátiť po polnoci pár hodín pred naším ranným odchodom.

Sauber, einlandend, wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie lag nah am Meer. Wir waren innerhalb der Woche dort und es war sehr ruhig. Unser 9 Monate alter Sohn konnte gefahrlos in der Wohnung spielen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe gab es Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel zu kaufen und essen zu gehen. Ich würde gern dieses Jahr noch mal buchen.

Cons: Geschwindigkeit des Internets.

Aanrader, zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.

Pros: Heel gezellig en schoon huisje. Als er problemen waren was de verhuurder meteen aanwezig om dit op te lossen en mee te denken. Zelfs toen onze zoon ziek werd en niet terug kon vliegen konden we langer blijven.

Cons: Wij hebben wat problemen gehad met bijvoorbeeld de wasmachine, maar misschien kon de verhuurder daar niet veel aan doen.
