Summer Beach House

Lovely property, well presented and close to beaches, supermarket, restaurants and bus stop.

Pros: This is a well presented property in very good condition. The facilities in the house are good and there is enough space for a family. Mara was a very helpful host and the area had a traditional, neighbourhood feel to it. Location was great, close to supermarket, beaches, restaurants and bus stop.

Repetiremos seguro!

Pros: Prácticamente nos gusto todo La casa está repartida en 3 plantas, teniendo en la parte central la cocina y el comedor muy práctico para juntarnos en ese punto todos. Con parking privado

Excellent, perfect vacation. Family friendly neighborhood.

Pros: The house is the same as in the pictures. It is within a gated neighbourhood. Had full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and one in the first floor), 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 in the first floor). Very comfortable yard and not far from beach. The pool was amazing. We actually became friends with the lifeguard (Adrian). We were always lucky with the private parking inside. 5 minuets to grocery store Consum and 6 minutes to Carrefour by car. 20 min drive to Valencia. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink and it was very quickly fixed by Mara and her team. Will definitely book it for our next trip to Spain if available. Kids enjoyed their vacation.

Cons: We had to leave. If I had extra vacation days I would definitely extend my stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave for home after 12 nights.

Pros: Una casa muy bonita. No le hace falta un detalle. Las camas son cómodas y la urbanización muy tranquila.

Cons: Nada.

Csendes, barátságos, minden igényt kielégítő.

Pros: Minden megvolt benne amire szükségünk lehet: teljesen felszerelt konyha, kényelmes ágyak, szuper elrendezés, erős wi-fi, közelben remek éttermek és élelmiszerbolt. Biztonságos, 3 szintes lakás erős falakkal. Hálával tartozunk a szállásadónknak, Marának aki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, amikor szükségünk volt rá. Az árvíz elkerülte a szállást, de mi nem tudtunk hazarepülni. Szállást adott nekünk, sőt saját autójával jött elénk, amikor nem tudtunk visszatérni a szállásra.❤️

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.

Charmant triplext

Pros: Adorable Triplex très bien équipé, très bonne literie. On a aimé le charme de cette résidence aux allures de petit village dans la ville. Belle piscine

Cons: Petit bémol le manque de lave vaisselle et le quartier qui n'est pas très attrayant. Petite remarque aussi sur le manque de civilités des propriétaires canins.

Pros: La casa muy bonita y acogedora con todo lo necesario, en una zona muy tranquila. Perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia, bien situada, cerca de Valencia y Sagunto.

Cons: No queriamos marcharnos, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y la piscina.

Pros: Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Doskonała lokalizacja , wygodny dom dla większej grupy. Blisko supermarketu i restauracje oraz plaża.

Cons: W łazience była tylko jedna rolka papieru na 5 dniowy pobyt.

Vacances à Summer Beach

Pros: Le logement conforme à la description. Sa grandeur et ses équipements. La piscine et la proximité de la plage.

Cons: Le fait que la piscine soit réservée aux propriétaires de 15h à 17h. L'insonorisation la nuit, on entend les voisins.

Un grandísimo lugar para desconectar con la familia.

Pros: La limpieza de la casa , la ubicación y la cercanía del trato con la dueña ya que están en todo momento atenta por si necesitábamos algo.

Cons: No hay nada que destacar.
