Stylish well-connected beachfront flat

We spent our time wonderfully there.

Pros: The location was wonderful and very beautiful.The flat was very clean and cosy. We enjoyed the design of the flat and spent time having all necessary things for temporary staying there. The beds were very comfortable. The sunrise from the window was amazing.

Pros: As in the picture. Clean, close to the beach. Bus station close. The host was really nice.

Cons: It was perfect.

Pros: The apartment really is stylish - such a lovely environment to be in and so special to take in the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the living room. Great to walk along the beach front.

It’s the best choice we made about renting this apartment

Pros: It is well located, it’s very comfortable and has everything you need. Paula is wonderful, she gives you good advice for everything and is there for you if you need anything. The beach is right next to the building and is a very lovely beach. In the apartment you have everything you need for spending the time on the beach. The bus in behind the building and it’s very well connected to the center.

We highly recommend this flat to families with children. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming

Pros: Well equipped, south-facing clean and light apartment in a superb location. Very close to beach and easy walk to many local bars and restaurants. Beach never crowded but always a buzz there and on the wonderful promenade (great for running/leg stretches before the sun gets too hot) where families and friends gather in the evening with deck chairs and camping tables to eat, drink or play games. Great outdoor culture. Frequent buses to city centre available just around the corner. Supermarket in walking distance and essentials available from either of the 2 little shops in the lobby. Swimming pool on the 1st floor terrace was supervised and calm (mixture of older local residents and holiday makers but no screaming/shouting kids) and great if you fancied a quick dip without getting sandy. The sandy beach is amazing, clean and there are lifeguards with swimming zones marked out by buoys. Fun playing in the waves or swimming out further.

Pros: Paula was an excellent host. She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was superb. It was right beside the beach and easy to get into town. Definitely would book again!

Pros: The apartment was fantastic it’s on the 6th floor with a lovey view. It was spotless and so well laid out. It had everything you needed for a stay and so safe and private. You are a 5 min walk for on the beautiful beaches and easy access to the bus stop to Valencia. 🇮🇪

Cons: Nothing - it was absolutely perfect for a family of 4 and would stay again with no hesitation.

Definitely recommend this stylish, beautiful apartment with sea view.

Pros: A beautiful spacious apartment right near the beach. All amenities we needed and a small supermarket downstairs. Paula our host was gorgeous and so helpful. We will stay again if we come to Valencia. Highly recommend this property.
