Good flat

Pros: It's near the beach and restaurants and bus stops

Cons: Pillows and matresses...too hard for our neck and back!

Pros: Lovely stay in a great location The apartment is very well located — everything was within easy reach, which made our stay really convenient. It had all the necessary amenities, and we felt comfortable throughout. The price-quality ratio was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Cons: The only small issue was that the cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Pros: The apartment is close to a good beach. The pool is a big plus. The apartment has air conditioning, it really helped. Clean and neat inside. Nice balcony where we had breakfast and relaxed before bed. great view from the window.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that there were no capsules for the washing machine. No tea, sugar, coffee, no soap. These are minor things, but they are noticeable.

Lovely stay in Patacona

Pros: Location to Patacona beach was excellent nice cafe's and restaurants around. Would not recommend if you plan on going into the city of Valencia many times as there is lack of taxis. Pool is fabulous. Apartments are very clean and good size. Had everything we needed in terms of cooking appliances and cutlery/crockery.

Cons: Lack of cleaning supplies for an apartment of 5 people. One small bin bag was given and no sweeping brush. there is no daily cleaning service so please supply more cleaning supplies for visitors!!

Pros: Location was perfect for a beach break with the beautiful Patacona beach and boardwalk on the doorstep, the city was 15/20 mins away in a taxi which are very easy to get. A couple of Restaurants on your doorstep with the main restaurants of Patacona beach 600 metres away. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was fully equipped.

Cons: because it's part of a residential complex the pool was a bit quiet for kids, not really an area where you'd spend a lot of time but very clean and perfect for a swim or a dip to cool off.

Quiet and comfy

Pros: Best location, very close to the beach. It was quiet (mid October), pleasant and facilities were good. We had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons: Swimming pool closed, you only get one key and building was not the one that was given at booking, its further away but it worked out ok as it was a quet area.

Pros: La zona donde se encuentra es muy bonita y tiene cerca sitios donde comer y la playa. El apartamento es grande.

Cons: La ducha podría modernizarse.

Muy bien, pero deben mejorar la cama de dos plazas.

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta, muy limpio y todos los detalles para que no falte nada, shampoo, pastillas para lavavajillas, PH, etc. Super seguro!

Cons: La cama de matrimonio, eran dos colchones de una plaza juntos que se separaban y de diferente altura lo que resultaba incómodo para una pareja y más de vacaciones donde es fundamental dormir bien.

Pros: Todo nos gustó volvería el próximo año lo único el colchón de la cama grande se hundía y sonaba pero el resto bien

Pros: La gente de la recepción súper amable de 10 todos. Y un apartamento muy bonito.
