BEACH VALENCIA LUXURY B7-23 Apartment with terrace and sea views

very pleasant and comfortable stay with lovely sea views and a great location close to the beach.

Pros: Great location near the beach, beautiful sea views from the terrace, clean and modern apartment.

Cons: Minor noise from the surroundings at times, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

Best view from Valencia!

Pros: The accommodation was amazing, a perfect sea view and the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen. The bus stop was also very close, which made everything super convenient. Wifi and TV with Netflix. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they also have a restaurant where you can safely leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I’ll definitely come back to this place in the future!

Cons: A small downside was that there were no curtains in the living room, so when the sun rose, it became very bright and the people sleeping there woke up instantly. In the it wasn’t a problem, as the windows could be covered

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well equipped and good location with the beach within 5 minutes walk. There is a shop in the building that is open until 11pm, which is very convenient. Nice restaurants around.

Nice apartament in a great location in front of the beach

Pros: The location was great, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great

Cons: There were no instructions for the keys, parking entrance and exit also the parking key/chip wasn't working fine at the entrance reader.

Clean and spacious apartment on the beach

Pros: Location right on the beach, 2 markets in the building, great location!

Cons: The gas has heating, was hard to turn on at times and i do not like gas heating because of the danger

Fantastic Apartment

Pros: The hosts were so welcoming, they messaged us on Whatsapp prior to our arrival, our Spanish is limited but we easily communicated through a translation app. The apartment is lovely. Perfect for a couples get away. It has all the amenities including kitchen utensils, fridge, freezer, washing machine, WiFi, TV. The view from the balcony of the beach is just beautiful. The beach area itself is lovely. Valencia is a great city for bikes and within 30 minutes we were in the heart of the city from the apartment

Pros: Расположение квартиры, конечно, абсолютно роскошное. Вы можете буквально из дома выйти до пляжа через дорогу, затем перекусить в кафешке рядом (она кстати отличная) и снова пойти купаться. Вид с балкона великолепный. Прикладываю фото заката. Кроме того, вы можете сервировать себе завтраки с видом на море. Кондиционер работал отлично, напор воды в ванной прекрасный. Спасибо, что оставили кондиционер для волос, шампунь, и гель. А также несколько капсул для кофемашины. Отдельная благодарность за укомплектованность, вы найдёте в квартире зонт для пляжа, фен, утюг, чайник, полотенца, туалетную бумагу, буквально всё, чтобы начать жить СРАЗУ и не заботиться о мелочах.

Cons: Я думаю, было бы здорово сделать базовые инструкции для заезжающих жильцов. Квартира находится в резиденции и найти её просто по адресу, который вам скидывает администратор в вотсапе бывает непросто. Видеоинструкция с тем, как пройти к двери была бы кстати. Тоже самое с базовыми вещами по типу кондиционера. Я только со второго сообщения смогла понять, что панель управления находится ЗА дверью в гостиной. Про стиральную машинку я уже даже спрашивать не стала, как ей пользоваться, хотя она есть. Я уверена, у всех людей возникают похожие вопросы, вот бы сразу вместе с ссылкой на онлайн регистрацию в whatsapp скидывать все эти моменты, чем отвечать на них по сто раз.

Pros: la ubicacion fantastica para mi, ya que esta alejado de bares y ruidos, hay que moverse para poder ir a comprar, pero para mi que viaje por trabajo la ubicacion genial
