Balaustrada Apartments

Pros: I was driving so wanted somewhere out of the centre with easy parking and easy transport into the city; Burjassot scores with two different metro stations. Also very easy to get out on to the Autopista.

Beautiful location if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay while visiting Valencia

Pros: I met the owner during the check in and keys were handed in. Very easy and simple. Landlord was very helpful with showing around the place and giving tips

Great host and lovely apartment.

Pros: Enrique was great, my flight was delayed so I didn't arrive until very late and he was still very friendly upon my arrival. Apartment has everything you could need, ironing board, coffee, tea, water in the fridge, soaps, shower gel. Clean, good WiFi, quiet area. Can't fault the place at all.

Super experience

Pros: It is a lovely apartment, really comfortable and clean. It is close to shops, transport, and a lovely park. Public transport is nearby and only a short rider to the old city, and on the tram line to the beach Best of all Enrique, the landlord, was very helpful and kind to us in many ways.

Quiet and comfortable apartment walking distance from congress centre

Pros: A very comfortable apartment in a calm, quiet, and pretty neighborhood away from the tall buildings, traffic, and bustle of the city. The apartment has easy access to Valencia by public transport, and is walking distance from the congress centre.

The apartment looks like newly renovated. The location is very good

Pros: The apartment is between 2 Metro. It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the train station or bus station in downtown. One mid size supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance. Larger ones we need walk about 20 minutes.

Cons: When temperatures is under 15C, the ground floor is a bit cold.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is modern, spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities.

Cons: It is a bit pricey, considering the location.

Modern apartment and a great host

Pros: Good location, modern apartment and just 10 minute walk to station.

Excellent, comfortable, very clean and well maintained accommodation with a lovely host!

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and modern apartment that is well maintained and well furnished. It's very accessible and close to the metro. There is plenty of parking and it is a lovely residential area that is good for walking and close to the park. The host is very helpful and friendly and makes one feel very welcomed with cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival.

Cons: Nothing really - just a few tips that I passed on to the host. It was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely return and would also highly recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. Nice clean apartment with everything you need.

Pros: Everything was really clean, good internet, Netflix available, Enrique was really helpful and obliging….even booked us a taxi for early departure so that there was no confusion with interpretation. Further out than we expect but easy to get into town.

Cons: This apartment is in a side street, out of town however, only a short walk to the train station to get to the city.
