Nice and helpful host during your stay in Valencia.

Pros: The location is good. You can easily go to old city center by bus. About 20-30 mins if on foot. The apartment is clean and the couple host are really nice!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very cosy flat with all the equipment you need to stay even longer. Very quiet part of a town. Shops are in 5 min walking distance, center 15 mins.

Cons: In the bathroom some hooks or hangers would be very nice to hang towels. Buildings are very poorly isolated, sound gets through the walls very easily, but since this is quite quiet area long sleeping is not a problem. In the summer heat is probably the main issue because of that so I assume that air conditioning is running continuously in full mode. Some sheets were not changed from previous guests. Hair and dirt could be found on some beds...

Definitely a good place to stay

Pros: Lola was very warm and welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons: The building is old and the kitchen is old fashioned, but it was well equipped, and the only way they could improve the building's condition would be to do a huge and extremely expensive renovation! I was happy with it as it was.

Pros: Lola tiene de todo! Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este alojamiento. Desde el primer momento nos sorprendió la comodidad y la cantidad de amenidades disponibles, todo pensado para que la experiencia fuera perfecta. El lugar está muy bien cuidado y con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Se nota la dedicación en cada espacio. Además, la ubicación es excelente: tranquila, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Lola y Pepe fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaría al 100% y al que me encantaría volver.
