Pros: Ana, the host, was very kind and helpfull. The apartment is clean, cosy and very well located - close to the train station, 10 minutes walk to the city centre, close supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants... If we are coming again to Valencia, for sure we will come back.

Great base for exploring Valencia, perfect for families

Pros: The apartment is exactly as described, it's spacious, comfy and fully furnished. The hosts are very kind and supportive, we've been welcomed in person and given all the information. The garage is just round the corner, and it's a must if you're with your car. Train and tube stations are at 100mt, and it's 25 mins on foot from the centre. Great base for exploring Valencia, perfect option for a family.

Beyond expectations

Pros: The apartment is very new and clean, which makes you feel like home. There is even a small balcony, which is not so common with hotels in Valencia. It’s also quite easy to go to the old town or the beach with public transportation. Ana is also super nice and attentive!

Cons: It can be a bit loud in the night with drunk people shouting on the street, even with windows closed and shades down, but this has little to do with the apartment.

Beautiful apartment close to the centre of town with the transport links close by.

Pros: We were met with the keys and the facilities explained.

Cons: It would have been nice for the confirmation email to let us know this to save me phoning to find out the procedure

Alojamiento muy agradable, como estar en casa.

Pros: El alojamiento cumplió nuestras expectativas. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y además tenía todo lo necesario, cafetera, plancha, lavadora, lavavajillas… hasta algún juego de mesa. Ana nos obsequió con alguna cápsula de café, una botella de agua, algún refresco. Además la ubicación es excelente, al lado de la estación e ten Joaquín Sorolla y muy cerca de la boca de metro. A veinte minutos andando del centro. Y con supermercados y panadería muy cerca. Todo a mano.

Cons: En general todo está bien, pero si tuviese que proponer una mejora, propondría el cambio de la cortina de ducha por una mampara.

Pros: La atención de Ana es excelente. Siempre atenta , nos ha permitido tener en coche en el parquin mas tiempo de lo previsto el último dia para evitar así tener q sacarlo y buscar aparcamiento, lo que es un detalle muy de agradecer .

Pros: Posizionata vicino alla fermata della metro. Ambiente ampio per un soggiorno di più persone. Silenzioso e accogliente.

Cons: Che nn c'era il bidé.

Pros: Buena comunicación con Ana, la propietaria, desde antes de llegar. Buena ubicación, cómodo, limpio, amplio y equipado con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Por la noche se escucha un poco de ruido de la calle, pero nada grave
