Calle Mora De Rubielos

Pros: A very nice 2-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 people, thanks to a sofa bed. Very clean, and fitted with everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen, except food. 5-minute walk to Estación Joaquin Sorolla and 20-minute walk to the city center. Not the best-looking neighborhood in Valencia, but definitely safe and good infrastructure.

Cons: The water supply was cut off for a few hours during our stay due to some work in the building. It may happen, but it would have been better to know in advance.

Pros: The host was very helpful and always available when needed. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is very good - near to the city center, with a supermarkets nearby and a few meters from the metro station. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed. The host is very friendly and helpful even though our flight had a delay and he was waiting for us more than expected. I recommend it.

Cons: Only the thing that the walls are paper thin, but I understand there’s nothing to do with.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: The location is good for sightseeing, 20 mins walk to city center, the apartment is renovated, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped with necessities, AC and WiFi working properly. Big fridge with freezer, spacious living room, everything clean. There is no master bed, instead there are 4 single beds, little bit uncommon but it corresponds the ad so just stating the fact.

Cons: The building where the apartment is situated is quite old and dilapitaded in certain areas, all windows are overlooking the courtyard and other buildings are way too close, no soundproofing- you hear everything happening in the building (loud marital disputes between one couple happened every evening during our stay and lasted a few hours each time). The parking spot is reserved in a public garage which is approx 100 m from the building so when you unload/load your stuff its easier to pay 30 mins for parking your car in front of the building- there are always vacant spots.

Pros: Comfortable house and bed, warm blanket,complete kitchen, near to Metro, easy and clear check-in!

Cons: Rooms are small for big luggage, and we make use of the living room.

Pros: The host was extremely helpful before the arrival and with recommendations what to do. The apartment is really big and the washing machine is a plus. All bedrooms and the lounge had their own A/C. A lift is available is well. Supermarkets and the metro station are nearby. But you can walk within 30 minutes into town.

Cons: The underground carpark is a great offering, but how to get in and out needs to be checked.

Excellent place to stay in València

Pros: Exceptionally modern facilities, perfectly clean apartment, good owner's communication. Very comfortable and large flat.

Pros: The location, the hosts, the apartment, the facilities entering is excellent
