Great apartment

Pros: Great apartment, clean & comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Nearby supermarket and metro station, about 25min walk into the centre.

Cons: We had some difficultly entering the property as the code didn’t work but staff were responsive and helps resolve this. The location is nice and quiet but not close to many restaurants/ bars. The shower also went cold quite often.

Great apartment for your stay in Valencia

Pros: Accommodation is very well cared for and it’s complete, clean. You can cook as well if you want. Access is easy and staff is helpful.

Cons: We broke one glass and they charged 10 euros for this. After negotiating we payed 5 euros, but that experience didn’t feel right.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Pros: A well equipped and sparkly clean apartment. Very comfortable bed mattress. Internal ventilation works silently and efficiently. Apartment is located in a quiet residential area. There is a large supermarket within 5 min and a metro station is within 10 min from the apartment.

Cons: Nothing to report maybe a suggestion to install a small bedside lamp (some of us still like to read a book before bedtime).

Great value

Pros: The apartment was clean, everything was like the picture. The host is helpful and kind.

Cons: There are very limited sunlight in the apartment because lack of windows.

Nice apartment

Pros: Close to the city center, easily accessible public transport, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

Cons: everything was okay

Pros: el interior está muy limpio y lleno de detergentes de todo tipo

Cons: no había horno normal, la lavadora y faltaban los cuencos para lavar sus trapos. El aire acondicionado no podía calentar suficientemente todas las zonas. Las cortinas no tenían un sistema de deslizamiento para abrirlas y cerrarlas fácilmente sin causar daños. en la cocina un poco más de equipo habría sido conveniente como la batidora y la tostadora en el dehor interior habría sido bueno poner una mesa para poder comer o estudiar La televisión no recibía los canales en abierto y para ver los otros canales había que tener su propia suscripción. que yo no había.

Wenn einen die Geräusche nicht stören, ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Straße selbst ist ruhig

Pros: Nahe zu U-Bahn und Kneipenviertel. Gute Ausstattung.

Cons: Die Geräusch-Isolierung hätte besser sein können.

Super schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage und allem was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe…

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles da an Ausstattung, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super, Metro und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein großer Supermarkt (Consum) ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir können die Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten…

Cons: Nichts Negatives…

Очень удобная локация и сам лофт выглядит стильно.

Pros: Чисто, уютно, свежий ремонт, локация удобная. Есть кухня со всем необходимым(кроме чайника).

Cons: В лофте всего одно окно, которое особо не откроешь, потому что прям перед окном ходят люди и заглядывают 😂 в целом, это не портит впечатление об отдыхе, но сказать стоит.

Prima ruim appartement voorzien van voldoende gemakken!

Pros: Heerlijke ruim appartement! Goede airco waardoor het lekker koel was. Fijn keukentje met voldoende spullen en met mooie grote koelkast.

Cons: Verbeterpunten: Misschien nog een extra handdoek erbij. Lampjes bij het bed (anders wel heel fel licht) en wellicht in de badkamer boven de spiegel ook een lampje.
