My Penthouse Valencia

Nice flat at an uncommon location.

Pros: The flat looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. I loved the terrace!

Cons: There was a misunderstanding with the payment amount at first and the host seemed to assume I was trying to pay less than agreed. There was a 50€ cleaning fee when I had to pull out hair from the shower drain myself. It’s been 5 days since I left and I still haven’t received my deposit back.

Pros: The balckony is great, the location is very convinient if you also teavel by train (20 min walk). If you want to go to the old city its 30 min walk. Metro station is near.

Pros: the apartment terrace was massive for a city apartment, the apartment was so well equipped especially the kitchen. lots of different options on the TV. location good close to 2 metros that were easy used as one of our party is 70 walking into town after first day wasnt appealing to them but it is a nice walk. we did find a local market a few streets away on the Saturday and that was amazing. supermarket takeaways etc 2 min away. the communication with hosts in the days before and on the day was amazing i certainly would look to book this again on return to Valencia

Cons: a couple extra pillows would be good but plenty cushions in living room to use oh and as it was 35 plus maybe a sun lounger for terrace but chairs were comfortable. very trivial stuff as was fantastic

Great apartment in Valencia.

Pros: Large balcony. Spacious flat with exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Close to bus stops and metro stations. Several supermarkets a short walk away.

Well equipped penthouse with terrace.

Pros: Comfortable beds, wifi speed is decent. Air conditioners are working great, one in living room and in one of the bedroom. Clean and well equipped apartment. All the kitchen equipments, towels, shower gels. Coffee machine with capsules. Great, english speaking host.

Cons: We weren’t lucky to stay there more :)

Pros: Die Vermieter Maria und ihr Mann, waren extrem freundlich und kurz vor unserer Ankunft wichtige Informationen geteilt. Wir wurden empfangen und alles wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt, darüber hinaus bekamen wir Empfehlungen vermittelt. Die Wohnung ist extrem gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts! Und auch besonders sauber. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Dachterasse. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Lage ist mit nur 2km zum Altstatdtkern ideal. Zu den Museen von Calatrava sind es 3km. Es gibt unmittelbar vor dem Haus einen Bus. In der Nacht ist es angenehm ruhig. Nahversorgung ist gleich ums Eck (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants vor der Türe). Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ich kann die Unterkunft nur aufs herzlichste weiter empfehlen!

Cons: Es gibt wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros: ¡Excelentes apartamentos, un anfitrión muy amable y atento! Cálidos, tranquilos y acogedores, con camas muy cómodas. Una terraza preciosa.

Pros: L'appartement est doté d'une grande terrasse très agréable. L'appartement est très spacieux et chaque pièce dispose d'une climatisation.

Pros: Imádtam a teraszt, esténként jól esett kiülni és beszélgetni. A szállás jól felszerelt, minden van, amire szükség lehet. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Tömegközlekedéssel 15 perc a belváros (pont a közért előtt áll meg a 10-es busz), de közel van a metró is (kb. 5 perc).
