Perfect!
Pros: Location is convenient, with direct bus line to the very center and vicinity of metro, as well. Apartment is cosy and well equipped. You get the feeling of home, thanks to the facilities and lovely art on the walls, but first of all thanks to warm welcome by magnificent host Ana! Would always come back.
Cons: Actually, there was nothing we disliked. Felt like home.

Pros: A comfortable flat, light and airy, with everything you might need for a short stay (we stayed for 3 nights). Ana, the host, was very friendly and helpful whenever I contacted her via booking.com. There's a good size supermarket just across the road and a direct bus connection to old town, the trip takes less than 10mins. Jesus metro station is less than a 5min walk from the flat. The place was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. WiFi connection was also good. There was plenty of toilet & kitchen roll, some basic toiletteries, umbrellas, blankets, and lots of other useful things you don't always get when you visit places. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again.
Cons: The only downside was the building site view from the balcony but it didn't bother us at all as we were hardly there. A coffee machine would also be nice to have as the kafeteria provided didn't work on the induction hob. Instant coffee was provided. There weren't many sockets to plug your chargers etc. in but it's not a major issue.

Pros: Excellent host who waited in the apartment to hand over the keys even though the train was late. Very kind and helpful. Lovely apartment and fitted 4 very comfortably. Very near the AVE train station so great if you are travelling from there. Still close enough to places we wanted to visit
Cons: No fault of the apartment but Booking.com app needs fixing. The booking was made of behalf of friends and app only sent notifications to the person who booked but not to the person who is staying there despite that information being recorded at the time of booking

Perfect apartment for our family, with everything we could paso my need. It felt like home. Ana was so kind and helpful,
Pros: Ana was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. we unfortunately experienced a flight delay however Ana still welcomed us and was generous with her time and knowledge. The apartment was very homely with everything you could possibly need. our children loved playing with the toys and felt so comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really appreciated the additional things for cooking in the kitchen such as oil, salt and herbs. I would absolutely recommend Ana’s apartment, we loved it.

Pros: Unterkunft toll eingerichtet! Eine sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin, die persönlich die Gäste empfängt und auch immer bei Problemen erreichbar ist! Für drei Erwachsene die ihre Ruhe brauchen eine hervorragende Unterkunft!!

Pros: Fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat! A szállás nagyon hangulatos, otthonosan berendezett és kényelmes. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, a belváros gyalogosan könnyedén megközelíthető. A szállásadó rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész volt! Nagyon köszönünk mindent!

Pros: El piso tiene todas las comodidades indicadas, está muy bonito decorado y Ana es muy maja. La ubicación es buena, al lado de la estación de AVE, puedes dar un paseo hasta el centro
Cons: Todo estaba muy bien, por decir algo nos pareció demasiado intenso el olor del ambientador

Wygodne mieszkanie niedaleko centrum, dobrze skomunikowana okolica.
Pros: Blisko na autobus, metro, kilkanaście minut pieszo do centrum, spokojna okolica. Wygodne, czyste mieszkanie z kuchnią i salonem, trzy osobne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami na duży plus. Właścicielka przemiła i pomocna.

Pros: Excellent location, a walkable distance from the center, yet in a nice, quiet and not so crowded neighborhood with wide open spaces and pleasure to walk around. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cosy. We really felt at home. Wonderful balcony with beautiful sunset view, ideal for evening relaxation or morning coffee. Everything was superb and the host Ana was very kind and caring.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
