If you are looking for a comfortable stay, this is the perfect choice!

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for one night, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The host was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful, taking care of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior matched the description and photos perfectly, and the room looked even better in person – it was spacious and beautifully finished. The area also felt safe, which added to the comfort. Additional amenities, like the coffee machine with complimentary capsules and a dishwasher, greatly enhanced the stay. The bathroom at the end of the long room also provided complete privacy, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a window facing a viaduct and a slight water leak by the shower door. However, these details did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Amazing flat and location

Pros: The flat was very clean, spacious and cosy. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect.

Cons: I was just a bit disappointed regarding the terrasse, in this flat, the terrasse was overlooking into a restaurant, so I wish there was a just bit more privacy.

Enjoyable stay, good for value

Pros: This studio has a high quality finish, very esthetic and yet super functional. The cleaning staff does a tremendous job. Also quiet on the rear side of the building (if you booked an apartment with a terrace). Didn't mind the walking distance (25-35 min. to places of interest). Supermarket is just around the corner.

Cons: If you walk to the east side (e.g. Russafa area or Ciutat de les Arts) you need to cross the rail track. That part can feel a bit unsafe in the late evening. If you want to sleep in, be aware the cleaning staff can start between 8 and 9 sometimes. You will hear them in the hallway. Didn't make use of the terrace (although nice outlook from the studio) but it looked quite dusty. Hope the cleaning staff do the same great job outside as inside during summer season.

Pros: Nice clean apartement, nice terrace. The kitchen equipment was ok. The connection from the apartement is fine to the center. But you need to take bus :)

Cons: It was harder to find the main entrance, and the comms is a bit complicated, to sign documents.
