Excellent location - very pleasant stay

Pros: My experience was excellent! within a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and the neighbourhood was very ideal with many good restaurants around.

Comfy, clean, super near the beach and very comfy bed!

Pros: The accommodation is just wonderful! 4 min walking to the most important beach in Valencia, near by lots of restaurants, clubs… It was very clean and totally new and comfy beds! The owner was super helpful and shared with us many useful local advises! I surely recommend it!

Pros: Расположение супер. Вселили в 11 и это было очень приятно))). Очень хорошо оборудована кухня. Вся необходимая утварь есть, всё работает.

Cons: Порванная москитная сетка на окне. Пришлось закрывать окно и купить фумигатор(

Pros: Ha estado muy bien todo. La recepción por parte de los anfitriones fue flexible y agradable, y se adaptaron a nuestro horario de llegada. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. Recomiendo para estancias medias, ya que cuenta con cocina tambien y cerca hay un parking público abierto.
