Pros: There is another street with the exact same name 4 km awayso make sure you get the right one! The owners are very nice and helpful

Pros: Well, I stayed for two nights, the bathroom was always clean and the house was always organized, and a woman always came to clean it and was super friendly and provided a lot of assistance.

Pros: The Host „ Oscar“ was fantastic. I was late, because of Train trouble. He was waiting till 23:15 for me. Gracias Oscar

Pros: Close proximity to the beach. Lots of shops/restaurants/pharmacy and other amenities nearby. Really clean with everything you require. Very helpful host.

Pros: A fantastic place to stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly and always went above and beyond. The location is ideal as the walk to the beach is only 5 minutes. There’s a busy stop outside the appartment and it’s very close to the metro. Over all this place is 10/10. I’d recommend playing a little extra for the private bathroom but the public one is also great. If I’m ever back in Valencia I’ll stay here for sure.

Pros: The flat has a great location, as it is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There was a beach umbrella in the room which was a nice touch and we used it every day when we went to the beach..

Cons: The mattress was really uncomfortable, very soft, and one falls into it. Additionally, the room was quite noisy from the traffic on the street, with the bus stop located directly under the window.

Pros: The location is perfect, 10mins top from the beach. Has shops and cafes on the street it's on. I love it!

Pros: One of the advantages is the responsive staff, the clean kitchen and overall premises, as well as the fairly comfortable room. The downside is the price-to-quality ratio, since seventy euros for a room without a private shower and toilet on the outskirts of the city (even if it’s near the beach) is quite expensive. Private toilet in the room would cost 15€ per night more. Soundproofing also leaves much to be desired. That said, if you’re traveling for 2–3 nights with a partner, this apartment is a good choice.

Pros: Good facilities and close to the beach. Also nice host and easy access.

Cons: Appartment is a bit noisy from neighbors but overall fine.
