A lovely vacation on the beach 🏖️

Pros: Excellent we really enjoyed all the second on this vacation and room. I totally recommend a city break, the location is very good close to the beach in summer I think it's crazy. We will be back next year in summer. We love you, owner Mrs. Maria♥️

Perfect relaxing solo visit

Pros: Great location by the beach, not far into the very center of Valencia by tram and metro. Easy check in/check out. Friendly host. Room had everything you could need. Travelled as a solo female and still felt safe walking at night.

Pros: Friendly staff, perfect room for a couple, we didn't feel like we were on a shared apartment, didn't notice the people at all! The kitchen has everything you needed to cook. And was great to have breakfast outside on the balcony. The location is awesome too. I recommend and will come back :)

Clean room with a lovely balcony very close to the beach

Pros: Clean room, balcony with a nice view, the shared kitchen is well equipped and very close to the beach (5 min. walk). The host was very nice, spoke perfect English and was very responsive.

Cons: The bathroom was almost to small for one person. People left their dishes in the kitchen and the dirty tea towels weren't renewed, even after the cleaners came.

Prima locatie vlak bij zee

Pros: Ligging ten opzichte van het strand is top. Ook de tram om de hoek waarmee je snel op weg bent. Deelfietsen ook vlakbij dus je fietst zo naar het centrum. Kamer is modern, lekker bed en prima douche.

Cons: Kamer is echt heel klein, je kunt niet om het bed heen lopen en je kunt maar 1 koffer per keer openen.

Pros: La ubicación, cerca de la playa y las zonas de restauración y ocio. Parada del metro/tranvía a 2 minutos del portal.

Cons: El piso se encuentra en el tercer piso, sin ascensor. La habitación muy pequeña, solamente para dormir. El precio es excesivo pero tampoco encuentras sitios más económicos por la zona.

Pros: E pulito , molto carino , devi camminare 10 minuti per arrivare alla spiaggia , vicino ce l’ha tranvia e la fermata del autobus è anche mini market , la stanza con bagno ottima !

Cons: Non c’è ascensore e devi fare tantissimi scale già che si trova in l’ultimo piano
