Lovely building, great facilities, bicycle-friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: The room was lovely - clean, roomy, modern, comfortable, well-equipped. The food was good. The staff were great and were very helpful with our bicycles. The hotel is full of character as a restored traditional building.

Cons: The shower door didn’t close properly! This wasn’t a problem in practice.

Great stay in a lovely historic village

Pros: The hotel offers a very tastefull 3-course menu of the day for around 15 euros which was a great added value, since the village did not offer that many restaurants. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Spa facilities where great.

Cons: When booking a spa & wellness hotel, we personally expected to have more access to facilities including the price. The hotel offers a great spa & wellness options, however for additional charge and for a limited time range.

Great location in the centre of town.

Pros: Great location in the centre of town, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. Very nice conversion of and older building - paradore style. Restaurant was closed when we were there so can't comment on that but we had an amazing meal at Gastroadictos - 5 mins walk away.

Cons: Parking is in nearby hotel garage so was a bit confusing when arriving - you need to pick up a door opener at reception. Bed in room could have been a bit bigger but room was lovely.

Great building, interesting town. Value for money

Pros: The breakfast was good. Spa was nice, price was reasonable. Staff were friendly

Cons: We would have liked to use the restaurant in the evening but the QR codes with links to menus didn't work and there was no board with any menu details so we were unable to make a decision as whether or not to eat there.... so went elsewhere. A printed board with the days menu would have been useful.
