La Casa Verde - Ruzafa

Nice apartment in wonderful location.

Pros: Lovely studio apartment with everything needed for a short stay in Valencia. The location is fantastic. The Russafa area comes alive in the evening with loads of tapas bars. Walking distance to both old town and centre of sciences and arts. Roberto our host was first class with excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby.

Great experience, I would recommend it!

Pros: Clean, easily accessible/close to the centre, enough space. The host provided useful information on how to get there, check in and etc. No complaints.

A perfect apartment for your stay in Valencia.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and absolutely spotless. Our host Roberto was so helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Pros: Ruzafa is a nice and upcoming place to be. Near the old city and a lot of great restaurants, bars and clubs. The accomodation is perfect, got some great tips from Roberto. We love Valencia!

Pros: The host was very friendly and available to help whenever needed. The apartment is in a good location for bars and restaurants, and has been decorated nicely.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It was clean, had everything we needed, in a great location and the host was very friendly. We loved staying here as a mother and daughter and thought it was a great size for 2 people.

Cons: I felt the bed could have been more comfortable. A good bed is important for me.

Great apartment and location for a Valencia stay..

Pros: This is a very charming studio apartment in a lovely area of Valencia, very clean, comfortable and lovely big shower.. 20 minute walk to the old town… Roberto was extremely accomodating and helpful with everything including restaurant tips in the area.. the local pub one block up has 5 minute chess games on Thursday nights, a hit with my husband, 😊

Pros: Our host was truly kind. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in without any issues—the access to the apartment was smooth. Everything was just like in the pictures. There was even a small gift waiting for us. It was a really thoughtful gesture! We also received recommendations on which breakfast spots and restaurants were worth visiting. I can definitely recommend this place!

Cons: What unfortunately annoyed us from time to time was that there seems to be a loud family living above the apartment. We could hear a lot of noise in the mornings and evenings. Of course, this is something the host has no control over.
