It’s is worthy to stay here. I will definitely book again.

Pros: La terraza es muy linda. Si no les gusta el sol es perfecta. La casa está muy bien equipada y tiene todo para vivir una temporada ahí. La ubicación es genial, tiene todo cerca y el personal es muy amable y eficiente.

Cons: Needs more maintenance.

Placut, raport pret/calitate foarte bun, pozitionare cu acces pe jos la piata, centru, Turia.

Pros: Amplasare f buna. Etaj 1, cladire cu lift. Foarte aproape de Piata Ruzafa, centru si Turia. Terasa foarte spatioasa, un bonus pentru aceasta parte a orasului. Bucataria si apartamentul in general, dotat cu de toate. 2 bai, una in apartament, una pe terasa, f importanta, daca sunt mai multe persoane. La baie, apa calda instant. Nu a fost nevoie de A/C in perioada in care am stat, dar exista aparatura. TV cu ecran mare, inclusiv programe streaming gen NETFLIX. Prosoape, asternuturi, la discretie. Aparatura electrocasnica toata este functionala. Isabel, de la firma care administreaza acest apartament, de un real ajutor, absolut tot ceea ce am solicitat, a facut tot posibilul si ne-a ajutat, ii multumesc! Am apelat de asemenea pt curatenie la o doamna care este cu contract la firma de administrare, o ramanca, Iulia, foarte de treaba, care ne-a ajutat cu info si alte cele.

Cons: Singurul lucru negativ de mentionat este faptul ca dormitoarele sunt amplasate la strada, iar in weekend, fiind un cartier boem, sunt petreceri pana tarziu si deranjeaza zgomotul, ferestrele fiind foarte subtiri. Din ce am inteles de la Iulia, proprietarii urmau sa vina in iunie si sa inlocuiasca geamurile, ceea ce ar fi un lucru f bun! Nu ar strica o inlocuire a unei parti din mobilier, este destul de vechi (canapele din living de ex).
