We really like it here!

Pros: We stayed for 7 days and had a great time here. The staff were helpful and responded really quickly for help. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great cooking facilities. We loved the local area, very friendly, lots to do in Ruzafa, we can't wait to return! Local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and great public transport links all over valencia! Beautiful courtyard outside and lovely decorated. Safe and secure, easy access to the property and no issues with safety in the local area - we felt safe walking around at night as two women! The host provided useful tourist information both online and with leaflets which was great for our stay!

Cons: The double loft bed was too hard to get into for anyone with injury or mobility issues (it had a tall ladder) so we had to put the mattress on the floor because the single sofa bed was too small for a couple. The owner was honest about this and communicated well. You can hear each other poop as the toilet room is connected to the bedroom

Pros: near to the city centre and train station. you can find everything in the kitchen to cook or make a sandwich. the apartment is very kind and it is in a very beautiful street.

Cons: we are waiting for the staff for 1 hour because he has not answered on the phone so we could not get in to the apartment. wc has no roof so if you are using it your partner can hear everything from the room. there is an axe throwing center in the neighbourhood so there is a booming noise and the walls are shaking… (on saturday it is closing at 23:00)

LOFT super carino e vicino a tutto

Pros: Centralissima, zona servita e piena di locali, vicinissima a tutto. Host molto carina. Essendo in un patio, il loft è silenzioso

Cons: Essendo situato in un cortile interno e a pianterreno, non è molto illuminato e un pochino umido

Pros: Ubicación, tranquilidad y comodidad (planta baja).

Cons: Poca altura al techo de la cama, escalera muy empinada
