Felt at home and part of the life of the city

Pros: Really well equipped and well laid out apartment in a fun location. We stayed for a month with two children very happily and I can't fault it. The apartment looks over the street with several restaurants outside so there is always a buzz and the noise of people enjoying themselves - we found this enjoyable not disturbing. The living room/diner layout works well for a family and you can sit on the balconies and feel that you are part of what is going on. There is a lift and other people in the building were friendly to us. Rusafa is so interesting and fun, every time you step out of the door you see something new. We loved our stay here and felt at home straight away. We had everything we needed - good wifi, comfortable beds, washing machine, cooking equipment, plenty of towels and bedding.

Un séjours très qui a répondus à nos attentes

Pros: J’ai beaucoup apprécier le séjour ainsi la déco Par contre parfois le soir beaucoup de bruit dans la rue On ne pouvsidoir avec la Clim Tous le reste était parfait , nous reviendrons avec plaisir la prochaine fois une adresse à gardee.

Cons: Le bruits nocturne dans les rues très tard le soir c’était difficile pour dormir ,

A quand la prochaine fois???

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est agréable et familial avec toutes les commodités à proximité et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Valencia :D 5 étages avec un ascenseur, utile pour monter les courses et mettre bébé et la poussette. Pas de bruit, une belle vue, appartement lumineux, bien agencé, décoré sobrement, tout y est! Nous y avons passé 15 jours avec nos 3 enfants dont un bébé, rien à redire, au top :D Raul a été sympathique à la remise des clés, l'agence a été disponible pour nous, échanges très agréable également. On est vraiment très content de notre séjour dans cet appartement, nous avons l'habitude de louer et c'est peut être l'un des meilleurs que nous avons eu. Je recommande à 100%!

Cons: Parce que rien n'est parfait, je dirais le matelas un peu ferme \
