Great place to stay
Pros: - Location: central, walking distance for almost anything, bike rentals nearby, short drive from airport (or metro), bakeries and breakfats spots nearby - Host: clear communication and great thinking along about luggage. Really appreciated. Easy access method with the key - Space: clean, new, enough space for 2/3, good shower, kitchen with almost any kitchen necessities - Bed: can be an issue in Spain, but here it is really comfortable. Even the pillows We have enjoyed our stay for 4 days/3 nights
Cons: - Noise levels: at the back of the appartement there is a nightclub (Indiana) with a thumbing bass on Friday and Saturday night (23h-06h) and Sunday evening (18h-24h). Some groups of loud people in the streets at night. Ear plugs recommended, which will be enough to cancel the noise

Would happily stay again.
Pros: Excellent Location, very close to the train and metro station, very central with several bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was an ideal base for exploring Valencia and the host was exceptionally helpful.
Cons: The only draw back for us was the noise levels on the Friday and Saturday night, with thumping music going from around 11pm to 5.30am. However based on other reviews, I think this may have been down to the festival taking place, as we spotted a number of open air DJ's playing throughout the city.

Nice stay and lovely hosts
Pros: the apt was Nice and well located. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive

Amazing apartment in central Valencia
Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and immaculately finished. It has everything needed to truly make it a home from home. The location is superb with a 5 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to Russafa. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

un bon point de départ pour profiter de valence sans stress, avec chacun son intimité...
Pros: très bon emplacement / commerces - transports - marché climatisation ok / les équipements de l'appartement SdB impeccable WIFI OK la hauteur sous plafond >3 m le silence depuis les 2 chambres la petite cour pour faire sécher ses affaires/ la machine à laver le linge
Cons: c'est un rdc, qui donne sur la rue avec des vitres grisées, donc jamais de soleil direct et pas de possibilité d'ouverture depuis le salon-cuisine.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, in 10min zu Fuss ist man in der Altstadt. Die Grösse der Wohnung ist auch super!
Cons: Leider hatte es für unseren Son, welcher auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen hat keine Decke! Ausserdem ist kein Brotmesser vorhanden, was recht mühsam war! Eine der beiden Klimaanlagen war defekt (also Wasser hat geronnen). Ausserdem muss unmittelbar dahinter eine Disco sein, die bis um 6.99 morgens extrem laut war.

Una estancia agradable
Pros: La ubicación del apartamento...cerca de la estacion del metro, de paradas de bus, y del supermercado , se va caminando al centro en 15 minutos, incluso tiene enfrente un sitio para poder dejar las maletas en unas taquillas. Arianne es muy amable y siempre está pendiente de todo.
