Lovely apartment in good location
Pros: Lovely apartment located between the old town of Valencia and the beach in a safe area. Metro station directly outside apartment building with a direct link to the airport and the old town. Walking distance or a short bus ride to a lovely beach. Apartment had all we needed for a self catering stay with a number of supermarkets in close proximity. Inna was very receptive to any queries we had and was very accommodating to facilitate our late arrival. Would highly recommend.

A great stay.
Pros: The location was very good. Nice area right beside the Ayora metro stop and overlooking a lovely park. Inma and her husband were so obliging, especially on our last day when we had left our Irish car keys inthe apartment. They rushed to our assistance at an early hour. We are very grateful. If they had not been available so promptly, we would have missed our flight. Excellent service.

The perfect place to stay in Valencia ! Look no further !
Pros: This is just the perfect apartment I was looking for , the location was superb with the Ayora metro station just steps away from the building. The apartament had the all the comforts you needed , and the balcony just made my day ! The city center and the beach were all perfectly connected via public transport There is a nice bar downstairs which is open till late to have a few drinks ! The check in process was made really simple by the hosts as they get in touch with you proactively and also I would like to specially mention the person who facilitates the check-in : Mrs Inma , she took me to the apartment and explained everything with ease even though we spoke different languages ! Whenever I visit Valencia I would look no further but to book this place !

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come again.
Pros: Great communication from the owners and our contact person Inma. We arrived earlier than their official check-in time but Inma was flexible and met us midday to hand over the keys and show the apartment. Inma was very friendly and kept in touch throughout our stay to check if we needed anything, that was really appreciated. The apartment is nicely furnished and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is amazing, close to a nice park, right next to the metro stop Ayora and bus stops. We loved living in this part of Valencia, we were central and had easy access to much of the city without living in a tourist colony. There's plenty of shops nearby and local cafés and restaurants, as well as playgrounds, and we never felt unsafe. Be aware that the nearby park is used by a lot of dogs and their owners, we love dogs so we didn't mind but if you're scared of dogs this is probably not the place for you.
Cons: The apartment was a bit dusty when we arrived but we had been travelling since early morning and our daughter was exhausted so we didn't want anyone coming in to clean so we just cleaned up a bit ourselves, I'm sure our hosts would have sorted it out if we had raised the issue. As is common in Spain the beds are quite hard. There's no AC in the bedrooms so it can get hot.

Great apartment for vacations and great people.
Pros: The location of the apartment is great. It is located between the old city and the beach. There is a bus and metro station just a few meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is lovely and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is a lovely horchatería close too. The hosts were great; Inma and her husband made sure that everything at the apartment was proper. All of them checked that we were enjoying our vacations. In short, we had a great time here and we recommend Luxotica Gardens Valencia.
Cons: The air conditioner (AC) is in the living room and the two bedrooms have only fans. It would be better to have AC in one of the bedrooms. There is a problem with the shower drainage which needs to be addressed.
