Vivaldi Center City

Lovely apartment near tourist sites and buzzing neighbourhoods

Pros: Great location between old town and some great neighbourhoods like Ruzafa. One story up on a quiet street. Very good air-conditioning and lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Cons: Balcony was small, no room for a table and chairs and opposite the street bins. No problem with noise or anything just no real outdoor space. In fairness it was v hot, in the 30s so we were happy to sit in the pleasant air conditioned room.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in good location.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. Not required in Feb when we stayed but all rooms have A/C units.

Cons: Could have done with a couple of decent sharp knives in the kitchen. Also only one plug socket for all kitchen appliances.

Pros: Beautiful apartment located in a quiet street and close to the points to be visited. Very clean and well equipped place, a lot of space, nice decoration, natural light, big bathroom, good matrasses, very comfortable in general. Moreover, you can find a big supermarket, cafe's, drugstores, lockers rental, etc, very close to this apartment. Most touristic locations were easy to reach them in a walking distance. The hospitality and sympathy of Victoria, the host, are very much appreciated!. The map we got and the nice suggestions were very helpful!. Looking forward to visiting Valencia another time and for sure booking this accommodation!

Central location

Pros: Location was excellent. The apartment is very modern and minimalist. Good open space. Victoria who met us there was excellent. We had no issues at all. Beds comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance and stairs leading to it are not very nice. Slight smell of drains, which I know you get sometimes on the continent. One bedroom is internal with no window. Could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms.

Pros: Beautiful flat. Central location. Everything you need was there.

Great stay in a fab location would return

Cons: Nothing really, entrance door as a metal panel on it which bangs when people enter but not a real issue

Wonderful

Pros: Wonderful location, great apartment, lovely landlord. Unfortunately our bed had a dreadful sagging in the middle mattress making it very difficult for two people to sleep in it. A new mattress is all it needs to put the apartment in the excellent category.

Pros: L’appartamento è davvero bello, come piace a me, con un bell’open space e cucina servita di tutto. Potrà essere un po’ fatiscente l’ingresso ma mica ci si deve soggiornare sulle scale! Per il prezzo pagato sono soddisfatta al 100%, siamo in città, il rumore c’è come in tutte le metropoli ma davvero sopportabile! Victoria ci ha accolti calorosamente e ci ha consigliato posti dove mangiare e mete da visitare, probabilmente soggiornerei nuovamente da Vivaldi se dovessi mai tornare a Valencia (e lo spero!)

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione, dotato di molte comodità. Aria condizionata/pompa di calore in ogni stanza compreso il soggiorno. Pulito. Victoria super accogliente, parla italiano e fornisce anche info sulla città. Super consigliato.

Cons: Una delle due stanze non ha la finestra..

Een fijn apartment dichtbij het centrum en openbaar vervoer.

Pros: Heel centraal, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons: Elke ochtend, behalve zondag, worden vuilniscontainers op straat om 5.30 geleegd. Als je aan de voorkant slaapt hoor je dit heel goed. 1 slaapkamer heeft geen raam.
