Pros: Central location Comfy beds WiFi, TV Spacious, modern kitchen Very helpful owner

Cons: The apartment, due to the marble floor,was quite cold, and because it is on the ground floor, opening the window was not an option meaning that it was quite dark inside

Excellent. A lovely apartment and a friendly and helpful owner.

Pros: The location of the apartment was next to the old town and Xatvier metro station was only ten minutes away with a straight line link from the airport itself. The apartment was in a quiet area despite being a road away from a main road. It was clean, everything needed was available and the owner was easy to get in touch with on WhatsApp for communication and was very helpful, especially regarding leaving our luggage on days to and from , outside the hours of entry and exiting the property. We had an excellent stay and would recommend.

Cons: The TV had only a few channels in English but we were out most of the time so it didn’t bother us at all.

Pros: Great apartment, reallly pleased with how clean, comfortable and spacious it was - the best part was how quiet it was - no street noise or noise from other apartments at all! And it was still in a great location, very easy to walk to any attractions and we hired bikes from around the corner to cycle to the City of Arts and Sciences and the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful

Cons: Only comment I would have is that it's quite dark in the front of the apartment (living/kitchen area) with little/no natural light coming in so we always had to have lights on when in the apartment - but this is a minor complaint and nothing can be done about that given the ground-floor, on-street location.

Pros: Great apartment, two spacious bedrooms and 2 great bathrooms. The apartment was spotless and in a great location (walking distance to the main attractions). The communication with the host was great. No complaints at all!

A most comfortable and pleasant stay in an excellent apartment.

Pros: The apartment was fully renovated with modern interior. The accomodation was excellent! Very clean and attention to detail regarding all the items in the apartment.

Cons: Towels were poor quality, small, could have done with more. Aircon in all the rooms which was great but was on a timer and turned off between 1am - 7am - this is the time you want it to work so you can sleep well, especially in a heatwave.

Pros: Absolutely Stunning apartment. A hidden little gem with great location. Walking distance to incredible shops & restaurants.

Cons: The host was lovely but could not speak or understand English.
