Boutique base in Valencia

Pros: Spacious and well equipped studio apartment. Plenty of storage/hanging space for clothes. Comfortable bed and pillows and lovely rain shower-head. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea provided, dishwasher and washing machine (with detergent and clothes airer). AC worked well and quickly, and the place didn’t heat much with the ac off during the day while we were out. Lots of good restaurants within 5min walking distance and a bus stop to the old town tourist sites just outside the door. There were earplugs provided for us, but we didn’t need to use them (although stayed mid-week Mon to Thurs). Ground floor so no stairs which was a bonus! Clear instructions to access the keys as we were arriving outside of hours.

Cons: The floor was quite dusty and left me with black feet, but there was a broom and mop in the room to clean and the rest of the place was spotless. As you can see from photos the window/doors open onto the street so it can be a bit dark with the blinds closed, but there are both block out blinds and separate curtains that let in some light while still giving privacy.

Pros: Sehr modern eingerichtet Handtücher und Duschgel und Shampoo (Rituals) und Fön super ausgestattet. Die Lage war super Central. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar

Séjour

Pros: Emplacement idéal dans un quartier animé et assez proche à pied du centre ville et de la cité des sciences. Belle découverte de la ville. Appartement Bien aménagé et confortable.

Cons: Il y a un peu de bruit le samedi soir et les boules quies sont nécessaires.
