Perfect lovely apartment

Pros: The property is in a great location, close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can easily walk to the city center or take a bus/taxi to the beach. Big shout-out to Alejandro, who met us to hand over the keys. He’s such a lovely person, very knowledgeable about Valencia, and gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only small issue was at the building entrance, where repair work on the drainage system caused some smell when we arrived. However, the workers took measures to mitigate it, and by the time we left the property, it wasn’t that bad.

Pros: The area was great, and the patio was lovely and sunny. Great size for three people :)

Cons: Some basic things did not function. . For example, a door handle didn't work so you had to be careful not to be locked inside the bedroom as it got stuck. Also the kettle when plugged in, cut out the electricity for the whole of the flat, so in the end we couldn't use the kettle.

Pros: Superb location, excellent host and very flexible with key collection etc. Ideal for our stay in the city - have stayed before and will do so again.

Pros: Large comfortable bedrooms (we like firm beds) well equipped kitchette. Easy to walk into town centre or to the Science quarter - but check distances if you are not used to walking. Easy access to underground public car parks (paying). Again check your sat nav is up to date as there is a one way system in operation. Easy access to local shops for provisions. Lots of cafes and places to eat. Great place for a short break. Host very accommodating when we were late because of transport delays - and very responsive to messages before our visit

Cons: Might be good to have an additional easy chair to enable 4 people to relax comfortably indoors together

Comfortable place to stay for a trip to Valencia.

Pros: Very clean and super comfortable beds. Good location - easy walking distance into centre but fairly quiet. Lovely terrace. Plenty of local bars and restaurants- although some are closed on a Monday.

Cons: Tricky to lock terrace door.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, well presented and excellent location.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Perfect apartment with perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect, just 20-25minutes walk to the center of the city and same distance to the spectacular and famous, City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia. The beach La Malvarrosa is 20 minutes by buss and buss station is near to the apartment. The apartment with 2 separate bedrooms was clean and well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker… etc.). The sunny terrace was excellent for starting a day with a taste breakfast and enjoying drink at the night. Comfortable mattresses of the beds. There are two Air conditioner. Francesko, the host, is very helpful and polite person. We spent unforgettable time and we will back again in this apartment. I really recommend it😀

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! 🌿 Francisco ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer sofort geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und hat eine große Terrasse. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es gibt auch genug Platz für vier Personen zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Matratzen. Besonders schön: Francisco hat uns die Gebühr für den späten Check-in erlassen und war beim Check-out sehr flexibel, da unser Flug später ging.

Cons: Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die Straße ist etwas laut, daher sind Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.

Heel fijn appartement op een goede locatie

Pros: Heel leuk appartement op een goeie locatie. De bedden zijn heel goed en de hosts supervriendelijk. Het terras is fijn (mits het niet te warm is om op te zitten)

Pros: Parfaitement placé, (je recommande le restaurant juste en face qui est excellent), les hôtes etaient adorables, l'appartement très spacieux et propre. La terrasse exposée plein sud avec une grande table et parasol, parfait pour prendre le petit dejeuner.
