Pros: Skvělá lokalita blízko metra a nákupního centra. Příjemné, prostorné, světlé místnosti. Bezproblémová komunikace a ochota majitele, dostatek informací a instrukcí k ubytování.

Cons: Nevýhodou ubytování je, že se nachází ve čtvrtém patře bez výtahu.
