GREAT PLACE
Pros: We really enjoyed our staying at this place. First of all we are happy for the hospitality and help from the owner. The apartment cute, small and it has all the necessities. I was worried about the noises - but there was nothing to complain of apart of a snore of my husband 😅 Just next to an apartment there are bus station, which is so easy to get to the city center. Apartment had coffee machine, coffee, sugar, washing products in the bathroom, clean towels and even separate mattress which was very useful for us sometimes. Thank you!
Cons: All good, personally for me it would be great if kitchen were more separated from the bedroom space, but It’s small apartment so it’s only the way to use a space.

Pleasant Stay
Pros: We had a really nice stay at this apartment with my family. The place was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The location was great — with easy accessibility of buses and tram, it is very close to Oceanogràfic and etc. A supermarket is very near. It also felt private and quiet, which made the stay even better.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the owner is very helpful. There is public transport nearby(bus and tram) and we could easily access the city centre), the beach is pretty far, about 2 km, but we had a nice walk along the harbour and it didn't feel that long.
Cons: The WiFi is bad and the neighbourhood is quiet,but I felt a bit insecure.

Pros: The location was good, very close to bus station and tram station, supermarché was also very close. Close to the beach, to the Oceanografic, the beds are really comfortable, the shower was huge, the kitchen has everything you need for a happy holiday, the terrace was a delight to chill a little while the kids are watching cartoons. It was perfect for us, we loved it, we enjoyed and we are really looking forward to come back as soon as possible. That kind of little nest we would like to have so close to the sea ❤️ many thanks for Raul, he was responsive and helpful, kind and caring. We totally appreciate and recommend this property! Great experience!
Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, with a bus stop right in front, making it super convenient to get around. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and made communication easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Pros: Very comfortable and perfect for our needs, with very good connections to the city center. There's a bus stop in front of the apartment that takes you to the center and Biopark and there's also a metro/tram station a short walk away. You can use that line (10) to get to Xativa (which is also the train station in the center of Valencia), and then take lines 3 or 5 to take you straight to the airport. The beach is also close enough to walk (around 15-20 min) and there's a supermarket very near. Raul, our host, was very lovely and accomodating. The apartament was clean and well equipped for our needs and having a little terrace was a nice addition.

Nice appartment in quiet area near the beach
Pros: Appartment is new, clean and comfortable. Everything was like promised. Very easy to check in, we just followed simple instructions of the owner. When we asked for few extra items, the owner kindly provided them. The appartment has a small patio with outside fence, so one can feel even safer. One bus stop is just in front of the appartment and there are other bus stops and metro within 5 min walk, as well as supermarket. Location is out of the centre but is easy to reach the centre and at the same time you are near the beach and you can walk to the beach area and to some cool places there.
Cons: Everything was fine.
