Cool lofts are Coolio!

Pros: Good location. Interesting flat. Had all the basic necessities with the small kitchenette.

Cons: Stairs could use some reinforcing. Pillows were hard for some tastes. Hand soap in the bathroom for handwashing would be appreciated.

Comfortable stay, good location, good value

Pros: The property was perfect for me. I just needed a place to rest, I spent 90% of my time outside. It was very comfortable and had AC which doubled as a heater for the evenings and a nice shower

Cons: I think they could look at replacing the door to the room; and the window with a more soundproof alternative. It didn’t bother me much but could definitely be quieter

A nice pleasant stay

Pros: The room was nice, clean, and the location was excellent. The manager was very communicative with me ready to assist with anything.

Cons: There was very little natural light in the room I’ve got. But not a big issue since I was out most of the day anyway, obviously.

Pros: Good kitchen devices, easy contact with hosts staff.

Cons: Lack of open windows, that the air in room is heave and not nice.

I would stay there again

Pros: Instructions were clear, and the owner/host was useful and friendly ;) The location is good, near public transportation and not far away from the central market, cafés, tourist office, etc. I loved getting there to find the AC already on! There was some fresh water in the fridge and the bed was well made. Although I didn't use the kichen, the sponges they left were brand-new! Very hygienic and much appreciated! I didn't use them, but there were working microwave and TV with Netflix, etc. No issues with the neighbouring rooms.

Cons: A duvet was available, tucked away in case one needed it, but it was unprotected and stained, so it felt icky to use it at night... All the obvious surfaces were spotless, but can tell the place needs a regular deeper cleaning: not sure the pavement was washed before I arrived; the bathroom walls, which are washable, could really use a wash; the basket with the toiletries was full of dust, the kind you can get read of with a simple regylar cleaning; same issue for other areas in the bathroom, which I felt I had to wipe before using. Here are a few things to keep in mind when booking here: - unfortunately, the city has an issue with sewage smell and this place is no exception; it is very bad but it is not this establishment's fault, really (not sure if they can do anything about it?) ‐ when I got there the first night, the outside felt a bit unsafe because the public big bis were overflowing with trash and a guy was hanging around talking to himself...but it got cleaned up the next day and I overall felt safe after that - if you have issues with your knees or balance, avoid room 5, as there are steep stairs to get from and to the bed - I don't know about the other rooms, but 3 and 5 have only one window on the courtyard; if you open it, not much air circulating, people smoke there, there is no privacy, and there is no natural light if you close the curtains. During my stay, I left in the morning and came back at night, so it didn't make a difference to me, but it's important to know if you plan to stay inside during the day - for whoever needs to know, the beds are new, memory foam, very soft. Overall, I would definitively come back hoping in deeper cleaning! I hope this helps :)

A fabulous apartment! No complaints!

Pros: It was very clean. The air conditioning worked really well and it was so refreshing. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower. Loved the decor. The bed was comfortable. In the middle of the heat of the day, it was great to have such a cool and refreshing room to chill in.

Pros: Location is central! We were out and about for the majority of the weekend, so we only used it as a place to clean up and rest. It's a property with several apartments, and there is a common space, which we didn't realize until the end of our stay. Office where you check-in is quite a distance from the property, but we were able to drop off our luggage for storage both before check-in and after check-out. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a lovely bathroom at the check-in property where you can freshen up before going out and explore.

Cons: I do not recommend this property for folks who are looking to spend a lot of time in the apartment during the day, as the place does not get much light. Our room was on the first floor, with the window facing out in the street right by the entrance to the building. It meant that we couldn't open it and the curtains if we wanted our privacy. Since we only were in the apartment in the evenings and at night, that didn't bother us too much, and the street does not get a whole of traffic, so we weren't really bothered by any noise. One hilarious note/warning for couples who aren't quite ready to tie the knot: there is a neon sign in the bedroom that reads \

Pros: Very easy communication, great location, comfortable and clean

Excellent value for money

Pros: Really easy hassle free check in. The apartment is spacious and super clean. Lovely white crisp clean sheets. Aircon was in good working order to keep the apartment cool when needed. There was a space outside my apartment that had sun bathing seats and shared with only one other apartment.

Pros: Extremely easy check in, great location and a very good shower. Also all basic amenities were there. Communication with the property was also good, overall a great stay.

Cons: Toilet bumps against the wall as it is loose, and the bed converges towards the middle so you have to stay on the edges.
