Perfecto apto a orillas del mediterráneo / 4PAX

A good apartment to stay in if you want a beachside retreat and are happy to self cater.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, we were met and given the keys and had constant text access to the manager who was very pleasant and helpful. Lovely to look out to the beachfront from the balcony and living area. The bed was very comfortable and even beach towels were provided.

Cons: We would not recommend this area for dining out. There are very few restaurants, and those which are open have extremely limited opening days and times. Some of the recommended restaurants are permanently closed. This was very disappointing for us. Luckily the kitchen is well equipped, but most people on holiday will want to eat out. The view from the apartment is lovely, but the local area is not attractive. There is also quite a bit of evidence of dog walking on the streets and beach. The shower leaks badly which means a big mop up after every shower.

Perfect sea view!

Pros: Perfect location with a fantastic view. Great to be able to have breakfast on the terrace with sea view. We almost felt like at home. Comfortable beds. well equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful owner.

Cons: Nothing.

In erster Strandlage mit tolle Sicht

Pros: Lage, Lage, Lage!!! Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie angegeben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Vue incroyable

Pros: Un paradis ! L’appartement est situé sur la plage avec une vue magnifique sur le lever du soleil. La terrasse est ensoleillée du matin jusqu’à 16H environ. L’appartement est très bien équipé (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), propre et confortable. On peut se garer dans le parking sécurisé au pied de l’immeuble (avec portail automatique). Le wifi est excellent. Le centre est à 25mns en voiture et il y a des balades à vélo (3 vélos en très bon état sont à disposition) à côté. Il y a une petite supérette et un marchand de fruits et légumes à 10mns à pied.

Increíbles vistas

Pros: Me encantó la ubicación y las vistas al mar. El apartamento era muy grande y disponía de todo lo necesario. Muy limpio y perfecto para disfrutar.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto.

Traumwohnung in Top Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung lag außerhalb von Valencia aber dafür unmittelbar am Strand. Ein kurzer Weg über die Düne und man war am Wasser. Einfach perfekt...die Wohnung war super ausgestattet es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Angenehmer Erholungsurlaub mit Möglichkeit für Sightseeing in Valencia

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt. Keine Straße zwischen Haus und Strand. Dieser war ruhig und sehr sauber!

Pros: Место изумительное с лучшим видом!Все необходимое для проживания было. Кухня оборудована всеми электроприборами и посудой. Есть зонтик от солнца и кресла для пляжа. Рядом несколько ресторанов.

Cons: Немного подтекал душ. Диван в зале можно обновить.

Pros: Een prachtig zeezicht appartement met veel extra's in de keuken, zoals koffie, thee, olie enz Grote handdoeken, strandstoelen, privé parkeren . Strand voor de deur en de bus naar Valencia

Cons: In mei twee bewoners in het gebouw. Beetje saaie buurt

Pros: La ubicación. Las vistas al mar. La playa. Cerca del palmar y el pinar. Duelos muy amables. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Camadas cómodas. Cocina bien. Baño bien. Salón bien, con un sofá reclinado que se agradece.

Cons: Mal olor en el portal. Algo descuidado el portal y el exterior. Deben gastar poco en la comunidad. No es grave si no esperas mucho de lo que es fuera de el piso. Nada que achacar al alojamiento. Algo más caro que otras opciones, bajaría algo!
