Pros: It was so spacious and modern, extremely clean. Close to the beach and shop / restaurant. The pool was very clean and a good size, tennis court and football pitch also really close and good fun

Well-equipped spacious apartment with amazing views

Pros: Really spacious and bright. Very well equipped - handy having things like salt and pepper in the cupboard. Loads of lovely quirky bits and pieces decorating the apartment. Superb views and a nice sea breeze. Easy access to an amazing beach. Use of a really nice, quiet swimming pool.

Cons: Nothing major. Bathroom sink could have been a bit cleaner, but it was a minor thing.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung hat Stil und Charakter. Es fühlt sich an, wie bei Freunden zu wohnen. In der Wohnung wurde jahrelang gelebt. Es ist also keine sterile Unterkunft.

Cons: Die Bäder können nicht beheizt werden. Das ist im Winter ein bisschen nachteilig.

Pros: En general todo.La amabilidad de José al llegar y recibir el piso,las instalaciones en muy buen estado,una terraza con vistas hermosas donde te ubicas ves el mar,el jardín,la piscina,la cancha de pádel y de fútbol . A esto se suma su ubicación cerca de Cullera y valencia.MIL GRACIAS, volveremos 😄😊

Pros: 1° linea de playa, salida directa a la playa desde la comunidad. El piso estabab muy bien equipado, menaje, toallas de repuesto,.... Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones

Cons: Necesita reformas, hay cosas en mal estado, pero aunque tuvimos problemas con un electrodomestico el propietario muy atento, nos ofrecio alternativas enseguida
