Garden Turia Downtown

Pros: It was a joy to deal with the owner of the property. He was very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent and the place itself was beautiful, space and clean.

Cons: There were renovations happening upstairs, so mornings were noisy but to no fault of property owner.

Pros: Great for exploring, set in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Some of the windows didn’t lock which was a little concerning from a security point of view. Kitchen could have a few more appliances but not an issue for a short break.

Pros: Lovely clean central apartment. Santiago is a very helpful host.

Garden turia downtown

Pros: Very clean. Amazing central location and could walk to most places and only needed a taxi to the beach which is 20 mins ride away. Santiago, the host is lovely. He was very flexible and allowed us to drop our bags early and leave them after check out as we had an early arrival and late departure. He was very quick to respond to any queries.Comfortable beds and powerful shower.

Cons: A little noisy at night outside.

Pros: Great, clean place in very good location. Many bus stops which help to go to every place in the city. Great help from the host, who give us many information about interesting places and response for our questions within a few minutes every time. I can strongly reccomend the place!

Pros: Location superb, very spacious apartment and bedrooms. Modern decor, bedrooms and sitting /dining room area spotless

Cons: The bathroom was clean apart from shower cubicle which had some black mould that needed to be cleaned

Nice place to retreat to after a long day

Pros: This apartment was bright and clean with lots of living space to move around as we were 4 adults and two little kids. The bathroom was newly finished with modern fixtures. Amazing access to the park walks.

Cons: The kitchen had very little cookware/utensils and zero counter space. There was only a small cooktop and no oven. It was challenging to prepare proper meals in this kitchen. Be careful of the step in the front doorway, it is easy to trip coming out of the elevator if you forget. Also the front main entrance door to the building key can rip your finger skin off when you open the door if you are not careful.

I would stay again

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean and was in a great location for a city break, close to the open-top tourist bus-stop, close to bicycle rental, close to great supermarkets and shopping, and close to several great restaurants.

Cons: Only very minor things: e.g. the kitchen somewhat limiting if one wanted to cook, and only one toilet/bathroom for the entire apartment.

Great apartment, loads of space, family of 5

Pros: Loads of space for the family, air con worked really well. The location was fantastic for exploring Valencia city! The local Mercadona was just a short walk to get supplies and I’d also recommend MTNEZ and Buga Ramen very nearby for great food. I really liked that they provided some basics like washing up liquid, laundry liquid, salt and pepper etc. The beds and towels were all very clean.

Cons: The cooking situation could be improved, there is just one hob and a combi microwave which we weren’t sure how to use. The beds just had one thin sheet, coming from the UK we aren’t used to, it would have been better with a thin blanket too. The sofas were not that comfortable to sit on, but we didn’t spend much time in the flat. The front door key nearly took my fingers off when I first used it! Be careful!!

Pros: Host was super nice got in touch in advance via WhatsApp, my friends arrived earlier and they had an option to leave their bags and collect the keys before the check in time. Cleanliness and location was superb and when we will return to Valencia defo will be staying here ♥️ thank you for the fab stay 😎 bonus - lift and AC 😍
