Convenient, comfortable stay in Valencia
Pros: The directions to the apartment made it extremely easy to find. Check in process was very well explained the day before arrival. The doors were unlocked using an app which was easy to download and easy to use. I was arriving late so was somewhat concerned that there may be an issue with checking in but with this system everything was very smooth. The apartment itself is very nice! It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. Overall the apartment was perfect for a couple or small family. The location was great, right near the park and lots of bars, restauarnts and cafe nearby. Also, very walkable to the city center which was great!

Pros: The location is excellent, and we truly enjoyed the neighborhood—it felt lively and welcoming. We were traveling with our dog, and having the Turia Garden just nearby was a big plus for us. Everything we needed was close by, and the staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Cons: A couple of things to note: if the neighbors are loud, the sound can carry into the apartment. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we would have liked, but we believe this can be easily resolved.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, I like the location, the concept with breakfast is also included was great.
Cons: Overcomplicated administration as well room access with electronic code through internet. Late and unproper response of the owner in water problem cased by DANA. Late check in time. Pure kitchen options. Missing natural light.

A most enjoyable stay in a lovely city.
Pros: The location was great and it was spacious and very comfortable.
Cons: There was only one teaspoon and two decent sized cups - possibly a slightly better selection of bowls too.

Romantic place, good location
Pros: Very beautiful designed interior, all necessary equipment to prepare meal. Wide, spacious rooms, bathroom. Perfect location (tapas bar at the same building, breakfast in nice cafe very close to apartment)
Cons: The ventilation in the bedroom was not very good. The view from the windows was not good. And since all the entrance doors are opened remotely, there was little stress in case the phone was uncharged or the internet didn't work

Enorm goed !
Pros: De locatie van de accommodatie was echt top! Ook de communicatie was vlot en duidelijk. Enorm ruim, waardoor de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding top was.
Cons: Sommige afwerkingen in het appartement waren niet helemaal netjes. Wel ruim voldoende hoor, maar de puntjes mogen nog op de I.

Pros: La pulizia , i vari kit per il bagno per la pulizia delle stoviglie la macchinetta del caffè e le due capsule per il caffè della prima mattina , sono stati un gran bella idea

Prima appartement in het centrum
Pros: Wij hebben onlangs met veel plezier in jullie appartement verbleven van 10 oktober t/m 13 oktober. Het verblijf was erg aangenaam zo midden in het centrum. Het ontbijt was uitstekend bij de plaatselijke bakker.
Cons: Het ontbijt bij de plaatselijke bakker was de eerste twee ochtenden erg goed, maar op de laatste ochtend (13 oktober) bleek de bakker gesloten te zijn vanwege verbouwingen. Hierdoor hebben we dat ontbijt niet kunnen gebruiken, terwijl dit wel bij het arrangement inbegrepen was.

Gutes Apartment mit Basic-Ausstattung
Pros: - Sauberes Apartment - Bequeme Betten - Das System die Tür per Handy oder Zahlencode zu öffnen ist super praktisch.
Cons: - Es gab keine Handtücher zum Abtrocknen oder Mülltüten für die Küche - Das Deckenlicht ist grell statt warm und aber benötigt da kaum Tageslicht in der Wohnküche - zusammen essen war so eher ungemütlich - Klimaanlage nur in der Wohnküche, in den Schlafzimmern Stand-Ventilatoren (sind laut beim Schlafen) - Info an zukünftige Gäste: Basics wie Salz, Öl, Waschmaschinenpulver müssen selbst gekauft werden
