Design & Stylish House in the CENTER of Valencia

Pros: Excellent house on two floors , not far from the city center and close to everything you need: bus station, groceries shops, restaurants,..etc. The house is clean, well equipped, well managed, and it's more than an accommodation, it's fabulous.

Pros: The house was comfy and beautiful, it's location perfect and the supplies inside just whoa. Washing machine for clothes and plates. Fridge, oven and every single tool you need to cook. The beds and the rooms big comfy and relaxing. Quiet neighbourhood was also a very nice con. Thank you Mr Sergio you have done great work with the house! I suggest it for sure. For group of friends and family

Cons: Only con is the not smoking inside cause some of us were smokers but rules are rules and we respect that.

Excellent location of the apartment and a fabulous local Italian restaurant on a door step!

Pros: the apartment was easy to locate and the host provided all the entry information via chat in advance

Pros: Posizione strategica, tutto velocemente raggiungibile con comode passeggiate di 10/15 minuti. L'appartamento è grazioso, arredato con semplicità, ma funzionale, silenzioso nonostante la Fallas. Gestori pronti a risolvere eventuali contrattempi. Letto comodo, cucina fornita di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, molto pratico

Cons: Un po' di attenzione ai dettagli: un po' di stoviglie in più in cucina, un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia nei bagni, una controllatina agli elementi riscaldanti...

Чудесен, просторна дневна и близо до Биопарка

Pros: Разположението - близо до центъра и още по-близо до Био парка.Удобен, чист,но малко студен апартамент.

Schönes Domizil, tolle Lage und alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Pros: Ruhige zentrale Lage und die Fallas Feierlichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür... Im Wohnraum genug Platz und alles vorhanden vom Föhn bis zur Waschmaschine.

Cons: Ein paar Wasser/Stockflecken sollte man beseitigen. Ne Wandhalterung fürs WC-Papier wäre praktisch...

Cómodo y bien equipado, con una ubicación genial

Pros: Los electrodomésticos son de muy buena calidad, las camas y los baños muy cómodos. La ubicación es excelente. El departamento está muy bien equipado

Cons: Creemos que el espacio debería ser ventilado diariamente, el mayor tiempo posible.

Pros: Très bien Situé pour visiter le centre historique à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Proche des commerces ( épicerie, carrefour market, pharmacie).

Cons: Le mur dans l'entrée est tâché d'humidité. On ne peut pas garer sa voiture dans le quartier c'est réservé aux résidents.

Pas optimal, mais bel appart et localisation super.

Pros: L'emplacement, le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain, c'était tout un luxe pour 3 filles ! Les chambres confortables, la petite cuisine / salon et le lave-linge.

Cons: Le frigo était défectueux seulement le congelo fonctionnait. On a pas pu faire une épicerie comme on le souhaitait. Aussi, il y avait des travaux dans l'édifice à côté ce qui était bruyant. L'humidité dans la maison. Nos vêtements sur le sèche linge n'ont pas eu le temps de tous sécher.

Pros: La posizione davvero comoda, vicina al centro, ai negozi, ai mezzi pubblici e a un ristorante pizzeria Italiano dove abbiamo mangiato una pizza molto buona. Vicino c'è anche un servizio di noleggio di biciclette con cui abbiamo girato comodamente Valencia.
