Clean, spacious and perfect location!

Pros: Beautiful and spacious apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect location. Very kind and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Everything was just great.

Pros: Location in Russafa and being close to the train station was excellent. Amazing bars and restaurants right on the doorstep! The apartment was spotlessly clean. Beautifully designed, very well considered with eco friendly sustainable products. The space is huge too for the area. Netflix and streaming available too for when our feet have up walking around!

Cons: Through no fault of the owner there was construction going on outside which started at 8am, and was loud. We also hit our heads on the low beams upstairs despite trying so hard not! The stairs were a bit scary too so had to be careful on those.

Highly recommend!

Cons: It is very noisy, unfortunately. Not just the construction site next door but you can every move the neighbors make as well

A very nice stay in a beautiful place

Pros: A spacious, carefully furnished and spotless apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Located in the vibrant district of Ruzafa, which offers countless possibilities of dining, bars and little shops. Close to metro, bus and train connections and the splendid Turia Park. Thank you, Conchi and Eliseo.

Cons: The apartment is located at the street level and the entrance door is made of glass, so you hear people talk outside and other noises. At night, it can be a problem if you have a light sleep.

Love the loft and location

Pros: Location was fantastic and all is taken care of. Clean and great space in accordance with the pictures. It the little extra's that make it just something extra. Like the little sweets to welcome you, the soap and toothbrushes to use etc. Really great place to stay.

Cons: At this moment quite some construction is being done around the loft. So there is noise from that from time to time. Since I did not spend that much time in the loft during construction hours it was not such a big deal, but could get quite loud at times.

Pros: Posizione molto comoda. Arredamento comodo alle esigenze di un week end. Loft curato e funzionale. Carino il giardinetto interno. Aria condizionata con pompa di calore sia in camera da letto che in soggiorno. Doccia molto spaziosa e bagno pratico.

Cons: Il soffitto del soppalco della camera da letto e' un po' basso per chi come me supera i 190 cm.

Stylisches Appartement in hipper und zentraler Lage.

Pros: Das außergewöhnliche Appartement liegt in Ruzafa, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung lasst keine Wünsche offen und auch die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Ruzafa besticht durch eine große Auswahl an Lokalen und Bars, die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig.

Cons: Durch die direkte Tür auf die Straße ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, beim Schlafen stört das aber so gut wie gar nicht. Der (Fliesen-)Boden ist im Winter etwas kalt, Hausschuhe schaffen hier im Winter Abhilfe

Pros: Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut den Bildern auf Booking.com. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Im Vorfeld haben wir alle Informationen zur Anreise erhalten. Der Informationsaustausch war wirklich gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls top und man konnte gut zu Fuß alles erreichen. Es gibt aktuell einige Bauarbeiten aber dies hat uns nicht gestört da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Auch morgens ging es nicht all zu früh los. Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber haben alles sehr herzlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
