Maritim Horizon House Port of Valencia

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was amazing. We spent 6 days there and everything was clean and well prepared for guests. I truly enjoyed it.

Pros: We were met by the lovely host. Everything explained. Beautiful and clean. Newly fitted out. Need a kettle and mugs for British people who drink tea! Not the best area of Valencia though tram on next street and some shops and eating places around. No disturbances so able to sleep.

Pros: We were a family with 3 kids, and they really enjoyed their stay. The house is really amazing. Over 2 floors with a large terrasse. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, and we had enough towels and bed sheets for everyone. The WiFi works really well as everything other appliances. The owner was really responsive. The location is a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach, and with the tram and busses around the corner, it was easy to explore Valencia. I truly recommend it, and we hope to be back soon.

Winter Holiday in a Traditional Spanish House

Pros: The location is conveniently located near the metro (line 10) and bus stops (we used bus 95). There is a mall and a Carrefour store five minutes away by metro. There are fruit and vegetable and grocery stores near the house, as well as a bakery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We arrived late at night and there was nothing to disturb us. The apartment is clean. There is everything you need, such as utensils in the kitchen. As we were there in December, there are two air conditioners which are enough to keep the heat up in the whole house.

Cons: There is a need for an additional bedside table in the bedroom. The furniture might need small updating. It's good to have some salt and sugar in the kitchen, as well as other small things, especially when arriving on weekends.

Pros: There is everything you need, even toothpaste and toothbrush, plenty of space, big terrace

Cons: The conditioner in the bedroom heating but making strange noise, it was difficult to get asleep and woke up a few times per night 🥺

Pros: Amazing location, apartment was so spacious and clean. Alex was brilliant to deal with

Loved our stay

Pros: Stayed for 3 nights in August, family of 4. Apartment was very clean, separate entrance, lounge and kitchen on 1 floor and bedrooms on the other. Air con worked very well in lounge and main bedroom, no air con in bunk bedroom but with all the doors open soon called down. Quiet location, had a meal next door, very reasonable prices. Tram round the corner to get to town,/couple stops from Oceonagraphic or bus to the beach few streets away, takes 20 mins. Didn't use the terrace as was too hot. Washing machine came in handy. Great host and communication. Would stay again. Thank you!

Der Aufenthalt war völlig in Ordnung und entsprach unseren Erwartungen.

Pros: Wir haben im Taxi kurz Kontakt via App aufgenommen. Als wir vor der Tür standen, wurde uns diese aus der Entfernung elektronisch geöffnet und drinnen lagen dann die Schlüssel. Einen direkten Kontakt zum Gastgeber hatten wir gar nicht. Die Lage fanden wir super. Leben unter Spaniern. Bushaltestellen und Metro Stationen waren in direkter Umgebung. Es war ruhig. Es gab keine anderen Touristen. Die kleine Dachterrasse ist schön, wenn auch wirklich nur mit dem Minimum von drei Stühlen und einem Tisch ausgestattet. Im Apartment gab es im Grunde alles, was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch. Wir fanden keine Instruktionen dazu, wo wir den Müll lassen sollten. Das habe ich unserem Gastgeber geschrieben und sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Das war spitze! Auch hat der Gastgeber uns Restauranttipps usw zukommen lassen. Alles sehr \

Cons: Es gab für drei Gäste leider nur einen Schlüssel. Wir hätten uns über ein Geschirrhandtuch gefreut und auch über einen neuen Abwaschschwamm. Unserer war zweifellos bereits länger in Benutzung.
