We had a great stay. For breakfast we advise Dodo's, opposite of the apartment.

Pros: Our late hour of arrival was not a problem, although you need to pay an extra fee. The apartment is nice and has a perfect location near the railway station, shopping area and the old town.

Cons: The bedroom upstairs was very warm, the fresh air from the airco didn't reach the upper bedroom. The fan helped a little, but our children still complained about the temperature.

Happy family stay in Valencia

Pros: Arranged to message ahead with our planned arival time and were met at the property with the key. Great central location, easy to walk to nearly everythig in the old centre.

Pros: + perfect and safe location, walking distance to all sightseeings, many bars and restaurants, nearby is metro station (m5 to the airport or to maritim) and also bus station (bus 32 to the maritim/beach) + big enough for two people (not sure about 4 adults) + we didn’t used the kitchen but seemed pretty well equipped + ismael is super nice and send us some recommendations + easy and quick check-in and check-out

Cons: - the view from the bedroom is terrible (not that the nice view is promissed), you can see really ugly destroyed building (see photo) - apartment is a bit used, not as shiny as on pictures. but it is clean.

Pros: We loved staying her for a few nights; the location was great: walking distance to many places and easy access to public transport too. Bakeries, stores, and supermarkets were nearby. We liked the well-equiped kitchen, which had enough plates, bowls, utensils, pots etc. The beds were comfy too, as was the rest of the apartment. The heating worked well too and it was warm and cozy.

Cons: If you don't have mobile data, make sure to find a hotspot (there is a public wifi on the square down the road) to communicate for check-in.

Good location but wouldn't stay again. Especially in the summer

Pros: The pictures we viewed look a lot better and brighter than it actually is. The upstairs bedroom is incredibly hot and the air con does not help it. Everywhere else is freezing but it still does not reach that space so 2 sleepless nights for the person sleeping up there.

Excellent spot to stay in the heart of Valencia.

Pros: Great location. Well served and sorted flat in the heart of Valencia. Lucia’s hosting and guiding to the city was excellent (accurate and important information about the city).

Location! Location! Location. Excellent host staff.

Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to the main plaza where there were plenty of taxi's at all times.

Cons: Everything was exactly as described.

Absolutly perfect from checking in, location and all the flats facilities

Pros: I lost my little brother 2 months ago and was tempted to cancel as I didn't feel like celebrating. We went anyhow and hardly left the flat except to go to restaurants or get take away. I'm so glad we went. The flat was huge, perfectly located surrounded by nice restaurants and close to the train. We were checked in and with a warm welcome. The flat was spotlessly clean, huge shower with nice hot water. Towels nice and fluffy. Facilities in the flat are just what need from kettle and pans to a very fast WiFi connection. As I didn't feel up to celebrating we stayed in and watched alot of movies. Was good to have a dining table to eat at. I can't speak highly enough. Don't go staying in big brand hotels close by when you have such a gem like this. This is a perfect place to stay.
