Before booking, check the deposit(300 euro) and check in rules (after 19 o'clock 15 euro after 1225

Pros: The location was perfect, in the city centre with all what you need near by. Staff was friendly and also the kitchen was furnished with all the utilities.

Cons: The deposit and the check in rules. Before I book never saw that there is a deposit of 300 euro that I need to put and if I check in after 19 I have to pay 15 euro or after mid night 25. If I knew for these two things I probably will not book it even the location was great. Apartment is in the old building and inside is with marble ceramics which sometimes was a bit cold, would be great if there will be some slippers in this way there will not be lot of mess since the cleaning didn't come in our case for 3 nights staying.

Pros: Hospitable receptionist, new furniture, clean apartment, good mattresses on beds.

Cons: There was a construction (building renovation) so we could not open the windows. There was an air conditioner in living room. But no air conditioner in bedrooms.

Pros: Great location, close to cafés, shops, Supermarket, bus station. the accommodation was well equipped with furniture and appliances.

Cons: The mattress of The beds were unconfortable.

Pros: Exceptionally cheap (we stayed in 5 apartments in Spain and this was about half the price of the next cheapest, and less than a quarter of the price of the most expensive). Fabulous location

Cons: Cheaply decorated and furnished (decs & furnishings looked tired and old as well) - if it wasn't for amazing price and location, it would have had a VERY low rating. Think that €300 security deposit is a bit over the top, although it is just held against your card until check-out

Pros: posizione perfetta, in centro, vicinissimo al mercado central. appartamento spazioso, ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. camere silenziose nonostante il primo piano su strada trafficata

Cons: la pulizia può essere migliorata (per esempio èpotrebbe essere rimosso il carrellino arrugginito dal bagnio piccolo e rimossi i segni di muffa nei bagni)

Pros: La disposizione della casa, la posizione e la zona.

Cons: Pochi ricambi per asciugamani

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage.

Pros: Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Staff cordiale e gentile. Appartamento spazioso e ben posizionato.

Pros: L’appartamento è veramente bello e spazioso. La posizione è buona, è a pochi passi dalle metro e fermate del bus.

Cons: Il condizionatore era rotto e scorreva, ma un giorno dopo il nostro arrivo è stato subito riparato.

Pros: El chico de recepción fue súper amable con nosotros. Nos guardó las maletas cuando llegamos antes del check in y lo mismo en el check out para que así nos pudiéramos ir a ver Valencia. Pudimos cambiarnos en el baño sin problemas antes del check in y en general, el trato fue muy bueno.

Cons: Por el precio que pagas, está bien. No esperábamos grandes lujos pero el sitio estaba limpio y cómodo.

Repetiría

Pros: Céntrico, limpio, personal amable. Piso reformado entero menos la bañera

Cons: El baño era un poco viejo y el aire acondicionado escasea.
