Pros: Location is perfect. It is close to everything. It is very spacious, with two bathrooms. Everything you would need is in the apartment and that is excellent.

Cons: Appartement could be more up to date. It seems it has not been renovated in a while. Dishwasher does not work.

Pros: super nice host and appartment. the location is great just a few minutes to walk everywhere. supermarket just down the appartment. AC working well, beds nice, bathrooms as well :)

Cons: some works done in the morning at some other apparment...

Brilliant stay. Enjoyed every min of it.

Pros: Great location. Spacious and clean apartment with many amenities that you need. Great communication with the host. Supermarket 50 meters away! Coffee shops and bars straight outside the gate.

Cons: Apartment is located above the parking gate that lifts up and down then someone leaves or enter it could be disturbing early in the morning or at night if you are sleeping in small bedroom! Small bedroom is also facing to all bars. Main bedroom facing other side, which is quiet.

Buen precio, buena ubicación

Pros: Location, communication with the host, the apartment is really big, so there is enought space. Two toilets, the rooms are separate enough. I really like my stay here.

Cons: In general everything was good. Maybe the pillows can be better.

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to old town with small nice streets, shops and restaurants and also close (10min. walk) to the railway station, which was important to us, as we had to catch a train early in the morning. I liked everything - perfect for our group of 4. One bedroom for 2, one smaller room with single bed, comfortable sofa bed + 2 bathrooms (which is a rare find in Valencia). The price was charming. The communication with the host was also great. Reccomend and would be definnitely back.

Pros: Marcos the host gave clear instructions to me where to collect the keys, which was at a restaurant opposite the building. Despite my flight being late arriving 10pm, all went smoothly. The apartment is at excellent location, at city centre with plenty of places to eat out and shopping. The beach is about 40 minutes away with short walk, then bus that is fully air condition. Single journey by bus is only Euro 1.50. In the actual apartment excellent facilities if you want to do your own cooking. Good television and excellent Wi-Fi (250 mbs). With me working from home all the time, excellent place for me to do some work if required. There is a supermarket nearby which is handy to buy essentials.

Cons: There is nothing that i dont like. The place is brilliant.

Pros: Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente e ben attrezzata. Vicinissima sia al mercato centrale che a un supermercato fornitissimo. 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni

Pros: Amazing location. 5 minutes walk from Central market and Plaza Adjutamente, most of cities monuments are walkable distance away. You only need transport for beach and Oceanographic and bus station is also 6-7 minutes away. Big market and couple of caffes just outside the building. Nice rooms, great bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen. Everything was great.
