Great city centre venue, lovely airy apartment. A few details could improve to perfect.

Pros: Great location, old style, large apartment with high ceilings and mosaic-tiled flooring. An authentic part of the old city, a short stroll to the Central market.

Cons: Towels. At the price point, Singular Stays could and should provide better bath towels. A decent, larger bath towel, a small difference in the scheme of things, would create a better ambience for a relatively small outlay. Also strange that in a well-appointed kitchen there were no basics, salt pepper and oil would have been appreciated (and expected). Again a minuscule cost compared to the rental price.

Perfect holiday break

Pros: Excellent location, an enormous and beautiful property. Especially loved the tiled floors and fabulous kitchen.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing! Looking forward to coming back

Pros: This was probably the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It’s so beautiful, spacious, well equipped and right in the center. I have told multiple people that they need to stay here if they come to Valencia!!!!

Stayed to go to a family wedding -it was a great location with lots of space for everyone.

Pros: We tried to phone to check whether we would be met at the property, but no-one picked up. We were not far from the office so popped in and collected the keys early. Very quirky, lots of space for all the family to have their own space. Good location

Cons: Being picky, more pillows, bigger bath towels and a chair in the single bedroom.

Comfortable, traditional and spacious apartment. Perfect for our family.

Pros: The central location is perfect for exploring the city. The apartment is beautiful, full of traditional features and very spacious. It was perfect for 5 people, everyone had their own space and having 2 bathrooms was really useful. Beds were very comfy and we had plenty of space to relax in the lounge and seating areas. The library area / work room situated off the main bedroom is a real bonus. WiFi very good, with a booster for the areas further away from the router so the signal was good in all areas of the apartment. Local cafés and restaurants are literally on your doorstep, which was really good for us. Check in and out was very easy.

Cons: The only downside was that the front bedroom was a little noisy at times from the bars and cafés outside but the shutters are effective at keeping the noise down.

Extremely spacious, historic apartment with beautiful touches

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment, with authentic and historic touches. It has been updated. There are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, which make it very comfortable for a family. The kitchen is large and well outfitted. It is centrally located but on a quiet street. There is a small elevator for luggage or people who need it. It has a beautiful patios, which would have been nice to use on warmer days. I appreciated the washing machine and dryer rack (even a separate room to dry clothes in). I liked that it was easy to pick up keys from a lock box (although the pick up was a few blocks away). The management was very nice to accommodate a late check out request.

Cons: There could have been more supplies (no shampoo, soap for shower, paper towels and only one dish towel). There is a slight sewer odor. There are several air fresheners throughout the apartment in attempt to hide the smell. The smell was very noticeable upon arrival, but you got used to it. The heat was inconsistent; at times the heaters seemed to be heating, at others no. The keys had to be picked up at a separate location a few blocks away.

Cons: Eigenlijk niks. Misschien een paar extra handdoeken, maar verder niks!

Excellent apartment, but staff was lacking communication and service

Pros: Property was excellent. The main bedroom is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic location and so much character and charm.

Cons: The manager required a deposit, which I completed online before the trip. It apparently did not go through. Nobody informed me prior to check in. They sent me on a wild goose chase to find their offices and pay the deposit again before giving me the keys. Advanced communication would have been appreciated so that I didn’t have to leave my group waiting for an hour outside with our bags.
