Pros: Moderne, hyper pratique, à côté des commerces, rez de chaussée idéal pour personne âgée, très bien équipé, 2 salles de bain, un luxe, lits très confortables

Cons: Que les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas complètement et elles donnent sur la rue. Manque un étendoir. Pas pratique pour se garer, le quartier est full de voitures

Séjour tres agréable

Pros: Proximité de la vielle ville , du Tram pour aller au palais des congrès. Il y a un super marché juste au coin de la rue c’est très pratique .

Cons: Le bruit nous étions en rez de chaussée et on entend les gens parler juste dehors.

Assez bon dans l’ensemble.

Pros: Très bien, confort, commodités et emplacement très accessible.

Cons: Parking, difficulté à trouver un emplacement. Au rez de chaussée, on aurait cru qu’on était dehors tellement le brouhaha de dehors était. Des personnes alcoolisées squattaient le banc en face de la porte d’entrée étaient très bruyants.
