Lovely break away with friends.

Pros: The property was centrally located very close to the old town, 5-10 min walk. Lots of shops and eateries to choose from. The apartment was clean and spacious with the added benefit of a patio area. The separate bedroom in the annexe was an added extra. Overall very good property.

Cons: The front door key was slightly difficult to use. The wall between the two bedrooms is very thin so privacy could be an issue here. The TV could probably do with being upgraded as it was small for the size of the room and the remote control was not very easy to use.

Pros: Great place for 3 couples. Small sofa for people to sit

Cons: The wall very thin, so we heard everything for other room.

Pros: the location is very near the centre of the city, easy to access and with many services around.

Cons: the apartment is comfortable, but it is missing some mirrors, and a few more power sockets in the bathrooms. The TV is small. There is air conditioning and a large, very relaxing brick garden. Small adjustments would make it ideal.

Piso muy bien ubicado y personal muy atento. Cómodo para 6 personas.

Pros: La ubicación excelente. El apartamento muy cómodo, se accedía directamente de la calle. Es una decoración moderna y práctica.

Cons: El ruido de arriba en la parte de las 2 primeras habitaciones. Se oían por la mañana bastante cuando andaban.

Fabuleux et exceptionnel

Pros: Bonjour, nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours à valence, tout ce que je peux dire de cet appartement est magnifique. 10/10. Emplacement fabuleux à 2 pas du jardin la Touria, très proche de la ville historique, 10 min à pieds. Apparemment très propre et bien équipé. Nous les remercions pour les capsules Espresso et les tisanes. Si jamais je reviendrai à Valence je n'hésiterai pas de la louer.

Pros: Wygodny apartament z trzema oddzielnymi sypialniami i dwiema łazienkami, bardzo duże patio, dobre wyposażenie apartamentu, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, łatwość zameldowania się. Korzystna lokalizacja, w odległości 50 m duży supermarket, w pobliżu przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe.

Cons: Obecność karaluchów, nie jest to winą właściciela bo apartament jest czysty lecz klimatu. W apartamencie można znaleźć środki chemiczne przeciwko tym robalom.

Pros: Appartamento accogliente, pulito e servito di ogni confort. Due bagni, entrambi con doccia ma senza bidet. Terrazzo ampio!
