Gorgeous Apt with a Large Private Terrace

Pros: Excellent apartment for two, located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Clean bed linen and towels, which are changed every two days. Great air conditioning. There’s a Mercadona nearby, and it’s a 15–20 minute walk to the city center.

Cons: We found the pillows a bit hard, but that depends on personal preference. Unfortunately, there was no cooking oil in the kitchen, so we had to buy some.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: Everything was great. We received clear instructions on how to get there. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, fully equipped and stylish. The location was perfect. The market is only a 15-20 minute walk away, but the bus stop is also close, and there is a shop and bakery near the accommodation.

Beautiful Valencia

Pros: The property is small but very comfortable with whatever you might need. The apartment is very bright and the kitchen is well-equipped. The host is very helpful. The location is perfect, Very central and close to the metro and buses. It is also very close to the park where you can walk or run. I highly recommend!

Pros: Superbly appointed apartment in an excellent location just outside the town centre. Quiet. Easy walking distance to local amenities. Bathroom clean and well designed. All the kitchen equipment you could need

Cons: One issue - the door stop screwed to the floor in the kitchen is a trip hazard. An alternative must found..

Pros: - Everything in the city centre is within 15-30 minutes walking distance. - Very quit building. We could not hear the people next, under or above us. (And they were there!) - Neat. Decent small kitchen, but we found all necessary items. Even a small dishwasher, with washing tablets. Great! - There is a fairly large supermarket within 5 minutes walking that sells all necessary daily food stuff, and much more, at low prices and high quality. - Bus and metro stops within 7 minutes walking distance. - We stayed 5 days, and got replacement towels. Sufficient toilet paper. Beautiful shower. - Excellent terrace, great for our breakfast. - Keyless access, worked perfectly as announced in the email. - Booking.com offered the taxi from the airport. Thank you!

Cons: We could not find the replacement coffee pads (the free ones offered were excellent!). Suggestion: tell the guests where to buy them.

Cons: Un po’ piccolina la zona cucina, c’è l’antifumo abbastanza vicino ai fornelli e si rischia di farlo partire (a me è successo)

Pros: Schönes sauberes Appartement in ruhiger schöner Lage. Supermarkt Cafés Restaurants in wenigen Metern obwohl nicht direkte City. Park 150 Meter.

Cons: 1 Handtuch für eine Woche=wenig Schlechte Hilfe des Vermieters bei einem kompliziertem Fall in dem Appartment = aber keine Schuld des Vermieters
