Modern Apartment close to City Centre

nice and clean apartment next to the city center with everything you need

Pros: Overall apartment was very nice, clean, a lot of space, everything you need was in the apartment, even sugar and coffee, there was a shop 3 minutes away , a really nice bakary with delicious crossaints. The old wotn is reached within 10mintes walk.

Cons: the only thing that was annoying was that you can hear all the noice from outside, it felt like we didnt have any windows. Unfortunatelly, they were restructing the building next to out apartment and every morning we woke up at 8 as there was so much noice from outside.

Very good

Pros: The apartment is very close to the city center - walking distance. It was really clean - the linen and the towels smelled nice. Also, big congrats for changing the towels every two days. There is a kitchen well equipped, we did not use it, but it seems it had everything you need. Also one bottle of water on the house. My greatest joy was the park nearby (1 min walking) where you can run in the morning.

Cons: You need to register to a different site in order to receive the information about the access code, not a problem for us, but it might be for some people. Indeed Ricardo bar, just across the street, might be a problem for people with sleeping disorders, we got lucky it stayed open only until midnight. The windows don't close perfectly, which also might contribute to the noise in the room The check-in hour is very late. I did not like how they responded when I asked if there is any place to leave the luggage before the check-in hour. When we got there, it actually there was no problem to store them in the hallway.

Ideal for couples

Pros: Great location, superb bar and bakery within 50 m. Public transportation at easy reach. Spacious apartment, perfectly clean, nice staff. Quiet district, at a few steps from Turia park and 15 mins walk from old town.

Cons: Hot water comes slowly, shower cannot be safely fixed. No balcony. Bathroom a bit dark.

We had a wonderful stay. Easy walk to everywhere and the main bus station.

Pros: Very large modern clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen which was great as we ate in the first evening afer travelling.

Cons: Quite a busy road so some traffic noise but nothing too bad

Pros: The check-in experience was perfect , quick and efficient, no keys involved. We arrived earlier, but they allowed us to leave the lugagge there and they put it in the room once it was ready. Location is great, very close to Mercat Central and City Center. Also, there are several bus stations nearby , just 3 minutes walking distance , which brings you in any part of the city you want. In terms of supply, everything was there (if there was olive oil as well, then you really had everything you needed).

Barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro, apartamento cómodo

Pros: Muy cómodo el check-ing mediante claves, muy cerca del centro cultural petxina, que es lo que buscábamos, con supermercados cerca y bastante cerca del centro, se puede ir andando sin problemas. El tema del parking todo es zona azul o roja, pero había parking cercano de pago, que costaba 25 euros el día completo Cocina bien equipada y todo el alojamiento reformado y nuevo, cama muy cómoda

Cons: Se escucha mucho cuando entra o sale alguien de los otros apartamentos, pero se respetan las horas de descanso con lo cual no supone ningún problema. No me ha gustado que el dormitorio no tenga puerta

Pros: L'appartamento molto bello, la pulizia e l'ordine impeccabili. Buona posizione con la macchina per parcheggiare anche gratis. Zona tranquilla e abbastanza vicino al centro, 15 minuti a piedi.

Cómodo alojamiento para quienes quieran relajarse y descansar

Pros: El alojamiento cumple con todo lo que promete y se espera en esta gama de precios (130€ la noche), ideal si se busca paz y vivir la verdadera vida de barrio valenciana. A dos cuadras de la parada Túria de metro (linea 1 y 2) y L95 de bus, está en una ubicación clave si buscas desconectar de la parte turística de la ciudad y descansar. Lugares cercanos a recomendar: - Mercadona grande (C. de San Jacinto 10) - Panadería artesanal \

Cons: Algunas cosas que podrían mejorarse con muy poca inversión y/o esfuerzo: - La luz del espejo del baño no funcionaba, por lo cual lavarse los dientes (y maquillarse, especialmente) resultaba un poco engorroso. Intentamos encenderla de varias maneras pero no lo hemos conseguido, por lo que sospechamos no estaba enchufado a la corriente. - El espejo vertical, en la división entre el cuarto y el salón, podría estar 10 centímetros más alto y resultar más cómodo de usar - actualmente, la parte más alta está a 1.70mts y le corta la mitad de la cara a cualquier persona arriba de esa altura. Asimismo, subirlo 10cms serviría también para tapar las líneas guía que ha marcado quien lo ha instalado originalmente, que se ven a simple vista. - Tanto el soporte de la toalla de mano como el del papel higiénico estaban muy flojos, al punto en el que no hemos podido colgar toallas por miedo a que se nos caiga. - El depósito de agua de la cafetera estaba lleno de residuos de cal, asumimos que es porque nunca lo han limpiado correctamente y más de una vez ha quedado con una pequeña cantidad de agua. Quisimos usarla aún luego de limpiarla en profundidad pero no nos hemos sentido cómodas con el resultado. Creería que con un buen limpiador anti-cal debería salir, pero como no había ninguno en el piso no lo pudimos comprobar.

Buen apartamento!! Limpio y bien ubicado

Pros: Está muy bien el apartamento, con todo lo necesario, tiene metro muy cerca para acercarse al centro, se llega pronto. Tiene centro Comercial cerca . Cama cómoda y cocina con todo lo necesario, te ponen hasta cápsulas de café y una botella de agua en la nevera, que se agradece
