Simply amazing host

Pros: I turnt up to property at midnight as booking was last minute and realised I had booked for next day but the host was very accommadating even though I'd made a mistake he sorted another room for me so five star review for you 🙏 thank you for being so brilliant and at such short notice and very late, muchas gracias.

Pros: A very attentive and kind host. Great parking. Lovely terrace.

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, offering a superb view from the terrace. While the owner did not speak English, their willingness to assist was evident. Although my stay was brief, I found it thoroughly enjoyable.

Couple Visiting Valencia

Pros: Good location, Good price, clean and tidy. We stayed here in Paterna when we visited Valencia, bus stops right outside apartment (bus number 140) price 1.45 each into Valencia. We stayed in the city until the last bus at just after 9pm, then enjoyed a couple of the local bars in Paterna, very friendly people. Read the reviews and you won't be disappointed, it's a shared house, shared kitchen and bathroom, no problems... Nice parking included. The entrance to the oarkung is in the next road next to a pizzeria and the bus stop for Valencia

Cons: All good thanks

Pros: Responsive owner, quickly responded to messages and requests. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk to the metro, a bus stop right next to the house. There are also cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. The room was as described and had everything we needed. It was great that we could use the kitchen or sit on the terrace.

great stay in great location & value for money

Pros: Jose was a great host & couldnt have done more, En suite bedroom was great with good views, close to airport, good parking. 140 bus into Valencia stops outside building !

Cons: Sharing Jose's home could be more clear but it wasnt a problem for us

Good stay for the value

Pros: Really nice host, even though he hates english he was prepared and had his own way to communicate with us without problems, it was fun. Room was good, bed was big, we had hot water. Parking was free in the garage, otherwise it is easy accesible with metro (or bus) that goes to Valencia center.

Cons: Doors are loud and noisy, but otherwise it was fine.
