Clean, comfortable room, good value

Pros: Very nice room in a welcoming home. Place is immaculate, and convenient for public transportation. Metro nearby. Great value. Neighborhood area, so not touristy, more real.

Cons: All good. A bit out from city center, but with the metro not a problem.

Everything we wanted before we flew!

Pros: Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The apartment is about 10 minutes drive from Valencia airport, which was perfect and about a two minute walk from the shops and bars.

Pros: Short walk distance to metro station is great. The nearest shop is just downstairs. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Feli, who is the owner, is very kind and helpful. I hope we will return there soon.

Absolutely lovely!

Pros: Feli is such a great and friendly host! The apartment and location are second to none. The room and private bathroom were great, spotless and so comfortable! I will stay at Feli’s again whenever I am back in Paterna!

Pros: Shop is 2 minute away from apparent. Valencia city center very close, if you are by car. Local transport also an option. Landlord was very king and helpful. Always was asking if we like everything and always was answering vast fast if we need help or advice. Landlord was sharing everything what we needed and even more.

Cons: Not suitable for the romantic couples, because you can't have time for each other. Landlord living together with you.
