Pros: Great location. Near the location there are coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus stop. The apartment was spacious, enought for a family of 4.

Cons: The tile floor was very cold, some slippers would be very good. There is a sewage smell on the hallway, but fortunately not in the rooms.

Pros: The accommodation met our expectations. The host was nice and very quick to answer our questions and fix things. we had a issue with the pipes causing a bad smell, but they relocated us in another room until the issue was fixed and they responded very fast to our queries. The area is very nice, close to everything needed, I strongly recommend it.

Cons: The room that we had was a bit noisy due to the traffic outside, since the window was next to a busy avenue. I'd say that the sound insulation of the window was good enough, but it can be a problem for light sleepers.

Pros: Perfect location 15 minutes from Stadium and 30 minutes walk to the centre. Communication from Rotem and Marta was really good and they were very helpful.Would stay here again!

Pros: Great location, clean bright apartment with everything essential provided, easy to check in and to checkout. Many stores/ cafeteria/ restaurants around. Crispy clean bedding and comfy mattresses. Walking distance to the park, art gallery, cathedrals, including Cathedral de Valencia. What else to say - everything was perfect for our stay. Many thanks from all our family.

Pros: Well-situated apartments, convinient and fast self-check-in, big size room, clean, multiple facilities

Cons: There was a noticeable smell in the corridor, but thankfully not in the room, which had an automated air freshener. It took a considerable amount of time for the water to heat up. On a positive note, the staff was very attentive and eager to assist—perhaps even a bit overly so, as I received multiple messages via WhatsApp, email, and a phone call checking in on us and confirming our departure time. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
