Pros: Ecco la traduzione: I was in Valencia and I rented two apartments at Carbonell 1. They were both very nice, well organized and super clean. The location is ideal and it’s well connected by public transport. I absolutely recommend it.

Pros: It was confortabile and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchen was fitted with all we needed.

Cons: Not all the facilities were in good condition.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and very clean.. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine and kitchen equipment also. You can buy some drinks and chocolate, the price list was on the table. Air conditioning was also good.

Cons: We had problems with the parking. In fact there isn't any free place at all streets nearby. And we had to look for the paid parking at night. It was cheap at 4.95, but 600 meters from the apartment. So be ready to have some difficulties with that. Maybe it' s because of the high season

Overall a great apartment for six people, spacius, great location, shops, public transport nearby.

Pros: Great location, well equiped, we had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious, enough for six people.

Cons: The bed was not made when we arrived, but we found sheets and blankets, so it was not a big problem. Floors and bathroom were not enterily clean.

Pros: Nice big space, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Well stocked kitchen with enough utensils for a long stay if required. 30min walk into town, about 45 to the beach

Cons: Dishes/cutlery in cupboard weren't all that clean. Easily solved though as I just washed everything before we used them. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. But they generally aren't.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was perfectly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was also very convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Pros: Everything :) Galyna and her colleagues were always on hand to answer any questions, very polite and friendly. The apartment is near all amenities, supermarket, bars, restaurants. A pleasant walk into the city centre. Will certainly return.

Pros: Perfect spot for short stay in Valencia. Apartment met all my expectations. They have totally equipped kitchen, clean towels and bed sheets for guests use. We have been staying with a cat, it was amazing to find this apartment as soon as they are pets friendly, and have only 25eur of additional fee for staying with pet. We will come back in few days to Valencia, and will be lucky to book another night here.
